Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Little Red Cottage features a small bedroom with a double size bed and a closet, a spacious living room with sofa/roku TV and computer desk, and a bathroom with shower. It is nestled on 6 serene acres, among massive windswept Live Oaks dripping with Spanish moss, Palmettos, azaleas, camellia, magnolias and creape myrtle, yet so conveniently close to Shaw Air Force base, 30 mins to Columbia and Camden, close to all Sumter's attractions.

The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

This is a very comfortable guest cottage with one bedroom, bathroom with large shower, kitchenette, and living room. Guests will occasionally share the dock, screened-in porch, and swimming pool. A beach pass is provided for Hunting Island State Park as well as beach chairs and towels. "MarshSong" is an inspirational place for anyone who just wants to relax, or explore; a good central point for visiting Charleston and Savannah. Rest, relax, recharge - nap on a hanging bed; sleep well.

Who is Buddy? He was our black Labrador of 12 years. You'll see his photo as you enter. This well kept tiny home has a private bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a sleeper sofa , 2 TV's, a full kitchen and all the amenities of home. Downtown Beaufort is 2 miles away, Parris Island is less than 5 miles away. In a quiet neighborhood. Are coming for a fishing trip and bringing your boat? Come stay with us , we have room for your boat. You can flush your engine and rinse your boat down.

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. Situated in a 3+ acre gated compound surrounded on three sides by Fairforest Creek, our guest house feels like a mountain hideaway yet it's only a 3 minute drive to downtown Spartanburg.
