Kathee was a great host and gave terrific local recommendations. We had car trouble our last day and our host was very flexible with check out. Condo looks just like the pictures and just steps from the beach! Very restful and plenty of room for family of 4 during Spring break. Heated pool and hot tub open in mid March. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home and very peaceful location. Very short walk to the beach on the bay side. Loved the quietness of the beach and its easy access from condo. Beautiful view of the water from our balconies. Nice pool in this complex of condo’s. Walked across the street to eat, shop and rent bikes. Harbor town and Coligny is a short drive from condo. Daily views of deer, 2 babies and its momma and 2 bucks. One buck was a 10 pt. They were all very friendly and clearly used to people. The momma dear ate bananas out of my three year old grandsons hand so sweetly. Truly a remarkable experience to be able to witness the wildlife so intimately. The home fit the 10 of us very comfortably. It was perfect! Great experience building beautiful memories! we will be back!

What a lovely stay in the heart of town that’s very comfy and quiet. The condo was clean and had plenty of space for us to stretch out and relax. We really enjoyed listening to the live music down below a couple of the nights we were here. It’s nice that the action in town all ends around 9pm so it was pretty quiet at night. Within walking distance to all that Habourtown has to offer. We travel with our toddler, so it’s always a nice bonus to have access to a washer and dryer and kitchen. The only “con” is the parking situation during the busiest times of the day. Not a huge deal for us, but might be for some. We hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Curt was quick and pleasant with communication. His instructions were perfect. His cozy place was kept up well and it was clean. Really loved it. AND the bag of "goodies" we were given at the front desk was amazing. So many supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, all kinds of soap, coffee stuff, tissues to name a few). The 2 people at the office were great, friendly and awesome attitudes. Highly recommend!!

This was the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Paul and Mary met us upon checkin and immediately made us feel right at home. They had everything we need plus extras. Coffee, beach toys, chairs, towels, etc. This place has it all. We will definitely be retuning for another trip at this condo!

If you are looking to stay in Tybee, this is a great place and location! You are super close to the beach, great views from your balcony of the ocean, super peaceful as well. Jacqueline was a great host, was always responsive to our questions and needs, highly recommend renting a golf cart through her/your booking to putt around the island. Super fun all around!

Great location for beach goers. House was clean, safe, secure, and the pictures are accurate. Joseph was helpful to our requests and questions. Our next Tybee vacation will be at this location, unit C.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable getaway. The location couldn't be better—just steps away from the beach, fantastic restaurants, and charming shops. Plus, it was a short drive to Savannah, making it easy to explore the area. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt lucky to have found such a gem. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the local attractions!

Very nice, secure apartment in the heart of the historic district. Be prepared for some city noise, especially on weekends, but no more that would be expected for the location. Very clean with plenty of amenities and very dog friendly. Lovely stay, overall!

Three of us stayed at Garry's place, and we all liked it very much. The actual house is way better than the photos, and the small veranda was a wonderful addition to the place. The two huge upstairs bedrooms with TVs had en suites, and the den with the sofa bed had a half bath, so everyone had privacy concerning the toilets. The place was well-equipped with towels, plastic bags, coffee, and kitchen utensils, and the temperature of the rooms was easy to control. The dryer was amazing, and towels and jeans dried within minutes. The location was two blocks away from one of my favorite bakery/coffee shops called Mate Factor which makes organic breads, and it is the same distance to Kroger's Supermarket which is very convenient when you don't have a car. The host was so attentive, and he let us in much earlier than our check in time, which was so thoughtful since we arrived early in the morning. A great stay, and we would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Peach Penthouse. As another Airbnb host I know the work that goes into turning a rental over. It was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. The balcony is very nice but there is a lot of road noise. So we did not use it as much as we would have liked. It’s a short walk to the beach and the wagons and ice chests are a lovely amenity. Thank you for a great stay. Tybee Island is quite memorable.

This is the perfect spot to stay for a few days in Savannah. Excellent host with lots of recommendations. The house is convenient to great restaurants. We appreciated the dedicated parking spot, ample supplies, nice towels and linens. The front yard was perfect for our two small dogs to roam. Absolutely recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Mermaid Cove! The house was comfortable and well furnished and the outdoor space inviting and relaxing. We enjoyed using the kayaks one morning. The location was close enough to Savannah to see all the sights but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed exploring Tybee Island by visiting the light house, pier, beaches and restaurants. There were many different places to fish! Geoff and Vicky were delightful and we enjoyed visiting with them and Lucy is the sweetest pupper ever!

We had a wonderful stay. Communication with Kelly was great, our only issue was promptly corrected (internet connection went out), and the location close to Forsyth Park was great. The unit was well stocked with kitchen utensils, laundry detergent, shampoo, clean towels, coffee, etc. I also appreciated the off street parking and the lovely fountain in the courtyard. We stayed for two weeks and while we felt perfectly safe, there was a frequent wail of sirens in the neighborhood (of course this isn't anyone's fault, just part of city living). Also, there is a shared wall with the neighboring unit, which was a minor issue one night for a couple of hours. We enjoyed all our walks into Savannah and took advantage of the free bus. We enjoyed Shuk's, Randy's BBQ, Ruan Thai, Pirate House, and the Cuban Window. We visit Savannah often and will happily stay here again.

The place was exactly as it was described. Easy to find, easy check in. It had ample space for 4 girls to spread out and relax in. The beds were AMAZING! The area was quiet. It was walkable to Forsyth Park, bistro/coffee shop, some restaurants/roof top bar. We like to walk so we didn't mind the 30-35 minute trek into the heart of the town but we did use Uber too when on a time crunch. Overall, highly recommend Sarah's place!!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment is cozy and spacious. It was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. The location was perfect. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and close to attractions in Downtown Savannh. David was very responsive to my needs and corners. I highly recommend this for your next stay in Savannah.

Perfect location. Close to downtown and the beach. Pool area was clean and accessible. Condo Unit was also very clean. We have been to Tybee several times over the last few years and this was by far the cleanest rental and did not have a musty smell like many other vacation rentals. Thank you for allowing us to use your space.

Spent a month @ this listing. Only needed to contact the owner twice & he responded right away. The place is roomy & well supplied. Since I didn’t have a car it was helpful to have the grocery store nearby & Farmer’s Market on Saturday. The set up for the semiprivate deck desirability depends on who is renting the other unit. Overall I give an A. It was a most pleasant stay!

Third time I’ve stayed in tybee or Savannah in 4 years, best home yet. The place is so easy to get to and so close to all the shops and the pier. Kim’s home is SO clean, it’s a treat to be at the beach and not have sandy feet all the time. I loved having covered parking and my pregnant belly loved having an elevator, especially unloading and loading the car. Kim has thought of every little detail, she has the light switches labeled so you’re not constantly searching, cooking amenities and utensils of home, washer and dryer in the condo, soaps galore for home & body, and even a shoe rack to kick off your shoes and not have them cluttered by the door. We will absolutely be returning to Kim’s home and we are so grateful she has shared it with us!

We had a wonderful visit! The pool was great, the beach did not disappoint for early morning shell walks, and we loved being able to play pickleball!

We had a nice time in Tybee. The views from the room were great, we were able to see dolphins multiple times. Overall a nice experience

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was exactly like it was listed. Everything was pristine. Scott and his wife made sure we had everything we needed and extras. It was quite and peaceful and with in walking distance of lots of places. The places we did drive were with in 5 to 10 mins. I would highly recommend this condo to a couple or family. We enjoyed every minute at this property. Everything was extremely tidy and clean. The private deck was great for early morning coffee and a little relaxation at the end of the day. Forsyth Park is super close to go on walks or even enjoy a local farmers market. You can even walk to river street if you’d like from the property. Very walkable to numerous places. And the host was easy to talk to and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.
