Thank you for a wonderful stay. I will gladly recommend this beautiful house to anyone that wants to visit Dubrovnik.

My wife, 13 year old daughter and I stayed at this house for 10 days in April 2025. The house was very clean and it was appreciated that there are amenities such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, water, etc. in the house on our arrival. The beds are noted as two singles and two doubles but we felt that the bed sizes were larger. The third floor appears to have a king bed and the 2nd floor has a queen bed. Also, it is clear that the owner spent money on nice mattresses as the beds were very comfortable and hotel quality. We were very pleased with the hot water in the house. We never ran out of hot water in the shower and the water was very hot. Also, we used the washing machine and this worked well for us. The instructions and information provided by the owner were detailed and thorough. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations. We did not use the air conditioner or the heater but there are five in the house. The house was clean and we would stay here again. Thank you!

Apart from the stairs to trek the suitcases down. The accomodation was beautiful and clean and well presented. Absolute beautiful view from the balcony of Positano. Shared pool is of a great size and lots of beds for sun (although sun drops behind the hill in the afternoon) and also you’ll need to have a swim cap (which is provided). A couple of restaurants are within a 10 min walk otherwise a decent trek to the town. Down is 25 mins and relatively painless. Up is something needing a lot of commitment and not little kids! Overall we had an awesome stay and really enjoyed our time. A beautiful town. Just a little pricey all round.

The pictures do this place no justice! It is such a beautiful place. The grounds are spectacular! So much room to entertain and the views are stunning! You can see the water from anywhere in the home. It was so magical. The beds were comfortable. Plenty bathrooms and space. Great restaurants in walking distance. The people in the town were amazing. AnnaMaria was very sweet and helpful. Would love to return on our next trip back to Conca.

Great location within easy walking distance of centre and bus and train stations. Coming and going from the centre couldn't be easier. There are lots of restaurants beside the apartment and also 2 supermarkets . We are 4 friends and the apartment suited us perfectly. Very tasteful and artistic decor with good quality and comfortable furniture. All bedrooms were of high quality, well furnished with excellent quality beds. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening until around 7pm when the sun went down. The kitchen is well equipped and the living space is very spacious and suited us perfectly. The comfortable sofa and large dining table meant we were never short of a place to relax and eat. The two bathrooms are well positioned and we appreciate the ample amount of towels provided and other bathroom items of which we had more than we needed. We absolutely loved Naples, Alessandra was a kind and incredibly helpful host, and this was a great home base for us to explore from. Also worth mentioning that the view from the terrace is priceless. We have two kids, ages 11 and 14, and exploring Naples brought some of their favorite experiences in Italy. Alessandra helped us discover hidden gem restaurants (that felt full of locals rather than tourists) and walking from the apartment down to the seaside and along the water made for a magical afternoon. From Naples we did a day trip to Pompeii by train and to Sorrento by ferry. It was an incredible stay— we hope to return soon!

We loved our place in Rome! Would definitely stay at Tania's place again. The location was central to everything without being too noisy or chaotic. Great for our family

This was the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever stayed in. The layout, design, and large rooms really give you a peaceful and enjoyable experience. We loved spending time in the apartment, though it gets pretty warm during the day. Communication is the only opportunity for improvement. I proactively got copy and pasted information from the host, but they never answered some of my questions. The local host team seemed pretty helpful, though again I had to ask the same question multiple times before I got an answer. Otherwise, this place is amazing and you won't regret it.

We had a lovely time at Barbara's apartment. Barbara was a lovely person to deal with & communication was great. The apartment was exceptionally well equipped and everything had been thought of! Also very clean. Thank you for the welcome gifts, much appreciated. The view from the balcony was amazing! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accommodation. Thank you.
