Boetiekhotels in South Italy

Had a great stay at the icy hotel. Room was very clean and aircon worked superbly. Was a nice terrace out back to relax in also. We arrived early but toni and anita were happy for us to leave our luggage with them untill the room was ready. They were also very helpfull and answered any questions we had and sorted out transfer from airport to accomodation and taxi to ferry when we were leaving. Would definitely recomend and wouldnt hesitate to book again if we come back to dubrovnik. ☺

Wir waren für 4 Übernachtungen in Trapani. Augostino und seine Angestellten waren sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

We had a wonderful time at Gabriella’s place and are so happy we decided to stay here. The room was exactly as described and super clean. The front desk was so very helpful in answering our questions and providing us with information about the area. It is walking distance from a ton of restaurants and the local sights.

Allotjament amb molt encant, autèntic i modern alhora. Molt net i perfecte per una parella, nosaltres hi hem estat una nit. Molt a prop del centre i entorn tranquil, amb aparcament reservat. En Pippo molt atent, ens ha fet recomanacions excel·lents i molt proper i obert a preguntes. Molt recomanable!

Комната была фантастической: чистая, новая, опрятная, с высокими потолками. Дом, в котором находится жилье, очень колоритный с красивыми входными дверьми и подъездом, а также жильцами итальянцами. Месторасположение отличное: 15 мин от вокзала Термини пешком, 15 мин пешком и ты на испанской лестнице. В то же время окрестность достаточно тихая, без толп туристов. Алессандро очень дружелюбный, обеспечил раннее заселение (в 11:00), лично нас встретил возле дома и дал все необходимые инструкции. Также дал рекомендации по ресторанам в округе (какие-то понравились, какие-то - нет, это дело вкуса). Единственный нюанс, который неочевидный и нужно учитывать, но нас лично не смущал: квартира состоит из двух отдельных апартаментов с отдельными ванными комнатами, но кухня общая.

Great place ! Just do note that the room requires you to get to through a tiny spiral stairs - not ideal for people with huge luggage. Other than that everything is great! The breakfast is a nice touch too :)

Soggiorno molto piacevole, posizione impeccabile, struttura e servizi perfetti

Stanza stupenda, oltre che bellissimo l’appartamento è stata gentilissima la host, e simpaticissima. Sempre disponibile a qualsiasi ora del giorno, e premurosa coi suoi ospiti. Consiglio assolutamente!

Her konuda bize sonsuz yardımcı oldular eksik birkaç nokta vardı ama hepsini hallettik hemen. Tavsiye ederim.

Manzara muhteşemdi her yere o kadar yakın iyki kotor ve budva ın kalabalığında kalmamışız evimizde gibi hissettik balkon keyfi paha biçilemez havaya rağmen balkonda yedik kahvaltımızı ve akşam yemeğimizi gelicek olanlar şimdiden iyi tatiller

Luisa and her team was such a wonderful host. We loved staying at her wonderful place. We just can recommend everyone who’s visiting Roma to stop by. We truly looking forward to come back :)

Esperienza positiva. Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia una notte nella camera n#2, spaziosa, pulita, forse l'unico difetto è che affacciando sul cortile è esposta ai rumori e agli sguardi dall'esterno però basta chiudere le finestre e il problema si risolve. Al momento del check-in il receptionist fornisce informazioni pratiche molto utili su come muoversi in città. Noi eravamo a piedi e la posizione dell'alloggio permette di raggiungere facilmente tutto ciò che serve (porto, bus per l'aeroporto, ristoranti, funivia per Erice, ecc.). Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli dopo il checkout e usare il bagno prima di partire. Lo consiglierei a tutti.

AIR CONDITIONED!! If you don’t know, Rome in July is HOT. The air conditioning paid for itself with this one. Other than that, it’s centrally located, beautifully decorated and Marco and Cristina were very accommodating and kind. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Place was excellent and just as advertised. AC was super powerful. Location is superb. Host was very helpful and communicative. Access was simple, but you need a cell with data to access the property. My only thing to note for those reading this before booking. It is in a no traffic zone (we didn't know these existed before going to Rome...thats on us) and we had a hire car as we drove around Italy - so we had to drive to a garage 10 mins away and then taxi to and from the property with our bags. We knew it did not have parking and that was fine. This is nothing against the property, just good for awareness for this location and most of Rome.

A truely great choice to stay! We instantly felt home, beautiful outdoor terrace and cosy clean room with a balcony attached. They helped us with the luggage, a parking spot. We even shared a lovely evening chat with tee/coffee. We kindly asked if the two might serve a breakfast and we were rewarded by an delicious turkish styled breaky the next morning. Thank you guys! The place is just two steps from the beach and the beach promenade with restaurants and bars. Big recommendation. Go there & feel good :)

Il B&B di Giuliana è semplicemente meraviglioso! La terrazza offre una vista mozzafiato sul mare e sulle isole Eolie, creando un'atmosfera incantevole al tramonto. La stanza, oltre ad essere dotata di tutti i comfort immaginabili, dispone di un graziosissimo patio in stile marinaro, ideale per godersi la vista sul mare in totale relax. La colazione è ottima e ricca, con un'ampia varietà di prodotti tipici e artigianali. Il servizio è impeccabile, e la disponibilità di Giuliana è stata straordinaria: si è occupata di organizzare per noi l'affitto di uno scooter e il trasporto dei bagagli, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Un'esperienza indimenticabile che consigliamo vivamente!
