L'abitazione è sviluppata su due piani con in più un piano mansardato, circondata da boschi, terre e alberi di ulivo, composta da ampia cucina in muratura in ambiente unico con sala da pranzo e, salone con camino a legna, 3 camere da letto di cui una mansardata, 2 bagni, ampia veranda al coperto che si affaccia sul giardino e diversi posti auto, dotata di comodo barbecue esterno per ottime grigliate.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A frame mountain houses are located in the heart of the Vojnik mountain on the rim of the Komarnica river canyon. The houses have a large children's playground with swings, a tree house, an adventure bridge, an artificial rock, obstacles and a large trampoline. There are also benches and tables so that parents can enjoy their drink while watching over their children. The house has a barbecue and sets for cooking and preparing fish.

A 15 minuti dal mare, a 30 minuti di auto dal centro di Roma, a 20 minuti dall' aeroporto di Fiumicino. Supermercati, negozi, bar, ottimi ristoranti e grande parco attrezzato nelle vicinanze, a pochi metri centro sportivo con piscina e spa. Io e la mia famiglia abitiamo vicino ma la casa è totalmente indipendente. Il check in è possibile dopo le ore 16.

Sonnenliegen, Sonnenschirm und Badetücher erhalten unsere Gäste für den Strandbesuch, leihweise zur Verfügung gestellt. Unseren Gästen stehen auch Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Das Chalet liegt nur ca. 500 Meter vom feinen Sandstrand entfernt. Das gesamte Anwesen erstreckt sich über 3.500 qm - es gibt viele schöne Plätze zum verweilen.

Il mio alloggio dista meno di 1km dal centro di Forio, dal trasporto pubblico che collega Forio con tutti gli altri comuni.Le spiagge più vicine sono Cava dell ‘isola, Citara dove si trova anche il parco termale Poseidon, la Chiaia. A 100metri un chiosco con discesa al mare per colazione pranzo e aperitivi al tramonto strepitosi! Il paese è ben servito, negozi, supermercati, mercato del pesce,Bar,pub e ristoranti! Ideale per un soggiorno di coppia!
