Vakantiewoningen met open haard in South Italy

La casa è molto accogliente, la cucina ben fornita ed il giardino è davvero un idillo. Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato una notte e abbiamo trovato la casa molto rilassante. I due gatti in giardino erano molto socievoli ed educati.

We loved our short stay at Brano’s place. It is a true idyll: away from the masses in a beautiful countryside location with a stunning view of the mountains and surrounded by calm and pretty nature. Brano was an excellent host and we enjoyed the visits from the local cat and dogs who came to spend some time with us! Would come again for longer. Thank you 🙏🏼

Roberto est un hôte très accueillant, il est très réactif et nous a donné de très bonnes recommandations dans le coin. Il nous a même apporté le petit déjeuner par deux fois. La maison a une vue imprenable sur la mer avec un accès privatif sans espace de sable pour se poser mais avec une petite terrasse bétonnée. Nous avons également bien profité de la terrasse extérieure qui est à l abri du vent et où nous avons passé de très agréables soirées. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine en Sicile et la localisation très proche de l aéroport (15 min) était un plus. Les villes de Trapani, Palerme, Mondello, Segeste sont facilement accessibles à moins d 1h et Cefalu à 1h20.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa fantastica villa per due notti, da venerdì a domenica. Fin da subito l’host è stato disponibile ed esaustivo a chiarire qualsiasi nostro dubbio. Quando siamo arrivati ci siamo trovati in una splendida villa, pulita, moderna e alla portata di tutti. Carlos e sua moglie ci hanno subito fatto sentire a nostro agio, spiegandoci le piccole semplici regole della casa. Mai invadenti ma sempre pronti nel momento del bisogno!! Torneremo sicuramente!

Übernachten auf Erice (besiedelt schon 6. Jh. v. Chr.) ist ein besonderes Erlebnis. In der Nebensaison ist sie vor allem nachts zum Teil eine Geisterstadt, es gibt aber ausreichend Infrastruktur, Cafés, Bars, Restaurants. Tagsüber wird sie von Touristen belagert, die oftmals nicht ausreichend Zeit haben, sie ganz zu erkunden und auf bestimmten Pfaden bleiben. Ich habe nicht nur Erice, sondern den Berg von allen Seiten bewandert, es gibt im Frühling wunderschöne Natur rundherum und gut gepflegte Wanderrouten. Die Wohnung wirkt vielleicht etwas altmodisch und das Steinhaus ist etwas frisch, aber alles vorhanden, angenehm und die große Dachterrasse ein Bonus. Die Gastgeberin ist verlässlich, reagiert schnell, hilfreich und ist ein Superhost. Sie gab alles, damit mir nichts fehlte und holte mich ab, wann immer es nötig war.

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay at the beautiful stone house on the Bay of Kotor! The location was perfect, easy to explore neighboring towns of Kotor and Perast, lots of great restaurants within a short drive (and a few within walking distance). We loved the quiet street and the location right on the water was absolutely perfect to enjoy the outdoors (a huge plus to have a paddle board for our use as well!). House was spacious and comfortable, and the hosts were so lovely, allowing us to check in early and were very responsive to any questions we had. They also provided wine and fruit and some great local recommendations. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

El alojamiento es muy amplio y cómodo. Está a tiro de piedra de Pompeya y muy bien comunicado por carretera. Desde la terraza, ideal para desayunar y cenar, se ve el Vesubio. La calle es tranquila y siempre hay plazas de aparcamiento gratis libres. Comercios de proximidad de todo tipo muy cerca, caminando. Rafaele ha estado siempre pendiente de nosotros, proporcionándonos buenas direcciones y buenos consejos para hacernos la estancia amena y cómoda. Muchas gracias Rafaelle; sin duda vuestra casa será mi primera opción en mi próxima visita a Napoli.

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed. My husband and I spent 4 nights in Bojana’s apartment. Great location on the marina and two minutes’ walk from South gate of old town Kotor. You get the location and peacefulness. You can also eat outside as there is a table at your disposal on the patio. We have enjoyed our offer in the morning looking at the marina. The apartment is beautiful, newly renovated- it seems-, extremely clean , spacious and very comfortable. Bojana is a super host - she has great recommendations for restaurants, activities ( boat tour, beaches …). And another major advantage is - and believe me you will appreciate it once in Kotor- is a parking space reserved for you. Thank you very much Bojana for a wonderful stay at your place.

Cercavamo un posto per rilassarci in tutto relax, e lo abbiamo trovato! Casa accogliente, arredata con gusto, molto curata e pulita, immersa nella natura e nonostante questo con ogni confort come TV, WiFi, e soprattutto un caminetto favoloso davanti al quale abbiamo passato serate rilassanti. La titolare Maria Cristina ha dimostrato una disponibilità unica, e perfino il vicinato che si è attivato per farci avere un po' di legna da ardere (grazie sig. Bruno). Da consigliare assolutamente, sperando però che la prossima volta troveremo di nuovo posto!

Appartamento molto carino arredato con gusto, tutto pulito e in ordine. Quando sono andato via avevo dimenticato un oggetto personale, Alicia si è resa disponibile a inviarmelo tramite poste a sue spese. Consigliatissimo!

Amazing airbnb. Very spacious for a family (we were only 2) with two balconies and an amazing view of Korcula town from two rooms. We also loved the location within walking distance from the old town but still far enough away from the cruise ship day visitors. Would definitely go here again! Thank you Vlasta!

Het appartement ligt op een rustige, mooie plek! Goede plek om bij te komen en prima als uitvalsbasis voor het Skadarmeer. Het appartement zelf was erg groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Bij aankomst werden we verwelkomd door de vader van Dora, een erg vriendelijke man met heerlijke zelfgemaakte wijn. Hij heeft ons ook enkele tips gegeven over de omgeving. Echt een aanrader!

I recently stayed at an Airbnb in Trastevere, Rome, and the experience was truly enjoyable. The apartment is good, offering a comfortable space that blends modern amenities with the timeless charm of its historic surroundings. Located in a lively neighborhood, it provided easy access to excellent restaurants, cozy cafes, and vibrant local culture. The host was friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing useful local tips. Although modest, the apartment was a great base for exploring Trastevere’s narrow streets and unique attractions, making my stay memorable and convenient in every way. Highly recommended for any visitor, definitely.

Der Vermieter hat uns bei Ankunft sehr freundlich empfangen und hat uns die Wohnung ausführlich gezeigt, obwohl wir etwas später als geplant eingetroffen sind. Giuseppe wohnt im Erdgeschoss des Hauses und war für uns stets gut zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und man hat einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Bei der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts. Wir haben eine tolle in der sehr schönen Wohnung verbracht und von dort mit unserem Mietwagen viele Ausflüge unternommen. z. B. nach Palermo und ins Hinterland, auf den Monte Gallo und in den Naturpark Lo Zingaro.

Eine extrem gemütliche, alleinstehende Villa mit wunderschöner Aussicht und vielen schönen Örtchen zum Verweilen - grosse Veranda mit riesigem Esstisch (ein weiterer ist im Haus) und grosse Rasenfläche (auch für Ballspiele (vorhanden!) geeignet), Grillstelle und mehrere Hängematten, grosser, schöner Innenbereich, super schöner, sauberer Pool (Anfang Oktober war er sehr kalt aber trotzdem einladend!), bequeme Sonnenliegen. Grundsätzlich ist einfach alles super durchdacht, auch in der Küche ist alles da, was man zum Kochen und Backen braucht. Sehr auffällig fanden wir die unkomplizierten und großzügigen Gastgeber (grosse Früchteschale, Wein und gekühltes Wasser bei der Ankunft, Kaffee und Toilettenpapier auf Vorrat, und das aus Versehen verschlagene Geschirr liessen sie gut sein) und auch Michela, die während unseres Aufenthalts unsere Anprechperson war, war total herzlich und dezent (war nur einmal da zum Pool putzen als wir weg waren). Wir empfehlen diesen Ort auf jeden Fall weiter!

Villa Gorna is an amazing location with fantastic hosts. The property is as described and photos are accurate. A lot of care was taken to put nice extra features. Orazio was very responsive and helpful, with offers available for tours etc. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen – die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und jeder Zeit erreichbar. Die Villa selbst war groß, sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Besonders war der gute WLAN und die ruhige, dennoch gut angebundene Lage – nur ca. 30 Minuten von Rom entfernt. Ein echtes Highlight waren die umliegenden Restaurants, die authentisch und nicht touristisch sind – perfekt, um die italienische Küche wie die Einheimischen zu genießen. Praktisch war auch der 24-Stunden-Supermarkt, nur eine Minute mit dem Auto oder fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen – ideal für alle, die Rom erkunden möchten und dabei nicht auf Komfort und Ruhe verzichten.

The place (especially the garden) is very beautiful and Osvaldo is a very gracious host, responsive also when he is busy. Unfortunately we left the window open during a rain shower, Osvaldo responded gracefully, very pleasant. Thanks for making our stay a great one Osvaldo!!

This Airbnb is the nicest we have stayed in so far. We can highly recommend it to everyone! The beautiful, tastefully decorated house has an incredibly great atmosphere, and we also really loved the extension/appendix. You have a wonderful pool and at the same time the sea and the beach are right on your doorstep, which was really special. Also from the terraces you can enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine with an amazing view of the sea or the wonderful hilly landscape towards Palermo. The house is very private and quiet but there are great bars at the promenade as well. Cefalu (15 minutes) and Palermo (40 minutes) are really near, which was perfect. We extended our stay 3 times because we loved it so much! The host Enrico was simply amazing! He always responded immediately and fulfilled all our wishes. An incredibly nice, service-oriented and hospitable person! We had a truly unforgettable, relaxed and wonderful time and hope to come back soon! Thank you so much for EVERYTHING, Enrico!

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend meraviglioso in questa villetta immersa nel verde, un vero angolo di pace per staccare dalla routine. Fin da subito, l’host si è dimostrata disponibile e attenta, garantendoci un soggiorno sereno. La casa ha superato le aspettative: spaziosa, accogliente e arredata con gusto, con ambienti puliti e ben organizzati, dotati di ogni comfort. La posizione è ideale, immersa nella natura ma ben collegata, con le piste da sci raggiungibili in circa un’ora. Dopo una giornata sulla neve, volevamo guardare la finale di Sanremo, ma il comfort del divano e il calore dell’ambiente ci hanno conquistati… e ci siamo addormentati! Un soggiorno indimenticabile, che ripeteremo sicuramente!
