Classic thatched english country cottage in stunning setting in midst of Area of Natural Beauty. All rooms very bright and airy (all rooms dual aspect windows) with a kitchen flooded with light with french doors opening out onto the 1/3 acre garden and surrounded by fields. A pretty detached historic 3 bedroom flint cottage up a private drive with a wood burner, delightful private garden, terrace, summer house and deck area overlooking a pond full of wildlife. It is walking distance to the charming village of Thorncombe with a great community run shop and playground in an AONB with plenty of walks from the doorstep, plenty of wildlife and no light pollution, so amazing night skies, with the Jurassic coast and plenty of historic houses close by to explore.

The cottage is bright and airy, well decorated with quality furnishings, Large gardens with shrubs, flowers, trees, Jacuzzi, swings and trampoline. There is a well fitted kitchen, utility and large Conservatory. Our dog friendly cottage sits 100 metres from the lane, where parking is available. Access is via a gate and a mowed path leads up across a field to the cottage. (No vehicle access - see photos.)

Wilf's Barn, romantic cottage with free parking

This gorgeous barn conversion is now a cosy and welcoming holiday cottage. Rural but not remote it is tucked away in our garden here at Brickyard Farm at the end of a farm track on the outskirts of Wedmore and a few minutes walk from the centre of the village with it's many shops, deli and pubs.
