Nos hospedamos por 8 noites no apartamento e tudo foi impecável. Maneka sempre muito atenciosa nos respondia rápido sobre qualquer dúvida ou solicitação. O apartamento é muito novo e super aconchegante, bem equipado e limpo, realmente nos sentimos em casa. Gostei também da localização e sem dúvidas voltarei a me hospedar lá numa próxima vez que precisar ir a Tampa. Maneka, muito obrigada! Tivemos momentos especiais nessa hospedagem que guardaremos na memória.

The place was just as described, clen, close to downtown. Confortable bed, equipped kitchen. Location was close to downtown. Overall a smooth experience.

We really enjoyed staying at Nathan's place! Nathan was very responsive to any questions we had and provided some local restaurant recommendations for us. The bed was very comfortable, the house was clean, and we had everything we needed in a neat little package. We were only there a couple nights but the house was the crash pad we needed. Exceeded expectations!

The place was extremely clean and we felt right at home. Check in was simple and the host was very friendly and always available if needed. The area is a little sketchy at night but we did not feel uncomfortable or have any issues.

I had a very nice stay at this lovely little Airbnb. The place had everything I needed and was perfect for a solo trip or for couples looking for a peaceful getaway. It's located in a super calm area, which made it ideal for unwinding and recharging. The pool was just a short walk away and was always clean and well-maintained—a great bonus for relaxing in the sun. The host’s parents live next door and were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth both before and during the stay, which I really appreciated. All in all, a great experience. I would definitely recommend it!

Eine sehr saubere und schöne Wohnung, die für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend ist. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang vom Haupthaus, daher ist man immer für sich, davon abgesehen ist die Nachbarschaft auch sehr ruhig. Jose ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und immer gut zu erreichen. Wunschlos glücklich. :)

Just moved to the area and didn't know a lot about it...so this was the perfect spot to get settled!

Colleen was thorough in her explanation of how to find the house/where to park. She responded quickly to our questions and was very kind. The space was clean and tidy and everything we were looking for.

Yilena has gone well beyond what is expected with her very thoughtful touches. She was both a great communicator and responded immediately to help solve a very minor issue. She is a SUPER host!

Very cozy space and comfortable

This is my second stay, and just like the first, it was a wonderful experience. I honestly can't think of a single negative thing to say! I highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay with little complications. The communication was abundant, and the instructions were very clear. The condo is located within walking distance to the free Tampa Trolly as well as the water Taxi for exploring the city. It is on the second from the top floor, so the views were beautiful. I would definitely book this again without question.

My stay was amazing it was perfect for what I needed and the back yard was the most relaxing part and by far the most enjoyable the pool was amazing clean and they even had some pool toys for my kids to enjoy. Would definitely book to stay here again

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Nella's Airbnb! We are St. Pete residents but needed a place to stay during some construction being done at our home. She was so accommodating and responsive, even letting us check in early. The spot is so walkable and close to many local restaurants. It is also near Crescent Lake Park which we loved taking our dog to. I highly recommend this Airbnb and we will definitely be back for future staycations!
