Cute house perfect for our needs. The backyard was perfect for our pup. The beds were super comfortable. The location was close to everything we needed. Nice peaceful vacay house.

We loved our stay at this house. The host was very helpful and communicative. The neighborhood is one of the prettiest we saw in the city of St. Petersburg and it's close to a bunch of really cool restaurants and bars. We had a great experience overall.

Convenient location. Very clean house. Perfect for our family of 3 and a dog. Our dog enjoyed fully fenced, well maintained yard! We hope to be back next year!

The house was festive. There is a lot of shade around the house. There are plants on the porch and outdoors that are well tended to. The house was in a nice neighborhood, so we walked a bit. There is a park with a beach not far away. We felt secure inside and out. The back yard was secure for our dog to run about a bit. All the amenities are as listed.

My family & I really enjoyed our stay at Chelsea’s Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—clear communication, easy check-in, and a space that exceeded all expectations. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The location was close to plenty of restaurants & attractions. Definitely 10 out of 10, we would stay here again. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience. A very charming little home... And I love that they have kept so much of the original features! Backyard felt very private and comfortable and was perfect for the pups. Having the dog "supplies" was a really special feature. Would definitely recommend!

Ari was an excellent Airbnb host. Very prompt with all our requests. The house was as described, very comfortable and clean. An extra large pool was a welcome item for everyone when we returned from our excursions every day. I highly recommend this property!

Really enjoyed Nik's place. House is big and with huge backyard and enclosed porch. Big rooms with ample space. Pool was very nice and so was hot tub setting. Wish we could have had time to organize a barbeque in the yard. Distance from Beaches quite good. It was a bit further than I expected from downtown Tampa, but that was not Nik's fault; we thought that 30 minutes' drive to University of Tampa was ok, but after doing it several times it got a bit tiring (mostly because traffic during holidays). Overall, Nik's place was very nice, and we all felt "at home" as soon as we walked in the door. I addition, response to our questions was fast, and hosts were extremely gracious in accommodating our special request during our stay; they did not have to, but they did, and that really appreciated. Great hosts.

Our family had a great time. Most of the trip was spent relaxing at the house, using the lovely heated pool, grilling meals, and watching movies in the comfortable living space. It was easy to get to the beaches, bike rentals, restaurants and anything you needed. The house is clean and spacious.

Aaron and Stephanie were very good at communicating with us! The house was an older home with a lot of charm but in good shape. All amenities and features were just as described. Would definitely stay here again!

Mark was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning to the very end, the communication was rapid and easy. The home was absolutely perfect and will definitely use this place again in the future if it’s available! Also, if you are considering using the whirlpool, it’s definitely worth it! And YES! The shower is as good as it looks! Grab this place if it’s available! The neighborhood is safe, the house is updated, and it’s very conveniently located near the grocery stores 🙌

We arrived at night days late due to flight cancellations from home weather. Ashley and Josh were very understanding and welcoming. They were responsive and kind throughout our stay. Their daughter showed our kids around the property and shared her toys, making everyone feel welcome. The back house was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The area is beautiful and we felt very safe with our small children. We enjoyed walks to feed the cows, playing with the dogs, finding frogs, watching lizard play, listening to birds, dipping out feet in the pool, and collecting eggs from the chickens. The location was convenient for getting to many locations in and around Tampa.

Fantastic stay for 30 days with my pups! Hung was amazingly responsive when the power went out due to a local car crash or anything else I needed. House was close to Highway, airport , Tampa beaches and more!! Definitely would stay again!

My family and I had a great stay at the guest house. Laurel had everything we needed with traveling with a 9 months old. My son who is three keep saying how much he loved it there he keeps asking if we can visits the farm again. Highly recommended for a nice relaxing beautiful stay by Tampa.

The place was just as described, clen, close to downtown. Confortable bed, equipped kitchen. Location was close to downtown. Overall a smooth experience.

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Daniel’s place. The home is very well-equipped. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches— that office chair is so comfortable!— and it’s rare to find an AirB&B with a kitchen that has everything you’d need to cook a nice meal at home. We had a busy time during this trip, and we confirm that this is a great spot to hunker down if you need to get work done. Overall our biggest complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer! Great location for anything going on at Raymond James- safe quiet neighborhood. The place was clean and cold, slept wonderfully at night.

Beautiful and quiet haven in Safety Harbor Florida. John and Ellen were gracious hosts. They provided a welcoming space with beverages and snacks. John was very responsive with queries. House is in a safe, walkable neighborhood just a couple blocks away from restaurants and shops. Great place to relax after watching Spring Training games at Clearwater and Tampa. Go Phillies! This charming house on Peggy Drive in Holiday, FL is everything our host, Milton, promised it would be. We easily entered the home and found it to be clean, comfortable, and cozy. Milton is the perfect host. Every contact with him was timely and helpful. The fenced backyard was important for us because we had our fourteen year old mini-golden-doodle with us. She especially approved of the screened lanai we used every morning. We are serious coffee drinkers and the Keurig coffee machine with a drawer full of pod choices was a delight. The neighborhood on Peggy Drive is friendly and inviting. We saw folks walking and riding bikes, and children playing. Stores of all types are easily accessible. We took short trips to Target, TJ Maxx, The Home Goods Store, and several other of our favorites. Restaurants in the area are too many to mention, but we did eat at Hella’s in Tarpon Springs twice. Our decision to stay in this charming home in Holiday, Florida was a great one!
