My children and I loved this home! It was so cozy and quiet. Even though it was in a townhouse, the neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. My kids didnt want to leave. If we ever visit tampa again I will definitely stay here if its available. Lori was so sweet and answered any questions I had promptly.

Great little gem in the heart of the newly created Midtown Tampa area. The property is in a small community of townhomes, gated overnight. It is between 2 major roads and walking distance from multiple bars / restaurants. Very close to multiple grocery superstores as well as Whole Foods and Trader Joe's! Very close to International mall, International Airport, South Tampa and Channel side nights out. Large bedrooms, bright living room, equipped kitchen. Host, Luz is very friendly and accommodating. She is very quick to respond to app messages. Our family felt at home as soon as we walked in.

This place was absolutely wonderful for what i needed for the weekend. I had to attend and event at the convention center, which was only and 8 minute uber drive away. On days i didn't want to cook, the place was stock with all the items i needed to get my meal prepared. Thank you Brannen for providing such a clean home away from home. This place was also within walking distance of drug store and descent restaurants. Oh yeah and only like 15 min if that from airpoint.....So in summary very convenient for my needs this week. Thank you

Four of us stayed here during our trip to Tampa for the Final Four (go huskies!) and this place was perfect! Having two bedrooms with a bathroom attached to each was extremely convenient. This might have been the cleanest Airbnb we’ve stayed at as well. Additionally, the proximity to nearby restaurants (especially the Blind Tiger) was great since we didn’t have a car.

Stayed with my son here for the Dino exhibit at the fairgrounds. My son really enjoyed the inside playground and swimming pool.

Amazing location, awesome property and great hosts (super responsive). We stayed at the property when touring the University of Tampa. We drove to campus for the actual tour but walked to campus (along Bayshore) and other areas throughout our stay. This was the perfect home base to get a feel for the neighborhood. Safe, comfortable and convenient!

We enjoyed our stay as it was close to all Tampa has to offer. Great restaurants within walking distance. Was also nice to be able to use the garage for parking.

Neat and comfortable place in a quiet neighborhood close to all we needed; we would walk to a great little coffee shop for pastries in the morning. My kids loved the small pool and the location was perfect. We enjoyed our stay here.

Our stay was absolutely perfect thanks to this incredible Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated—exactly like the photos. The location was ideal, with easy access to everything on our trip. The host was friendly, responsive, & accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Tampa. Really enjoyed staying here! I would say the pictures do not do the place justice as I was pleasantly surprised when we walked in! Beautiful kitchen and living room and the adjustable mattress was amazing. The neighborhood is a little sketchy and the neighbors can be playing very loud music til 1am but that was the only negative thing about this location :) Definitely recommend staying here! Albert was very helpful,responsive, and kind!

Super clean and was stocked with all the essentials! Very comfortable and would definitely stay here again. Also located in a great area - 10 min walk to great restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend staying here!

This place is a true gem. Comfortable, spacious and with all the amenities you may need. They communicate effectively to ensure everythung is ok. Would definitely stay again when in Tampa.

Cozy yet spacious. Absolutely perfect spot for our little family. Annie was super helpful before check in and her home was lovely to stay in. Everything like plates, towels etc was accessible and in great working order. Clear instructions and rules. One of the best spots we’ve stayed in! The location was perfect and really easy to get into town. The neighborhood felt very safe and the road was quiet at night. Rooms were so comfortable and a lot of space for unpacking suitcases. Awesome for young families - the crib was a lifesaver!

Very nice place. Location was prime and close to everything. House was spacious, clean, and exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Tampa.

We absolutely loved Nina’s place! It was beautiful, comfortable, and cozy. Loved the atmosphere of her place and it was very restful after a long day out. Nina is super helpful and quickly responded to any of our questions. I highly recommend her place and would definitely stay again. :)

I really enjoyed my stay. The place was clean and organized as well as open and airy. Had lots of amenities and was as advertised on Airbnb. My host was VERY responsive to questions/messages. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Townhouse. It is comfortable and colorful. Was just like the photos. We felt right at home. Randi was great with communication throughout our stay. The location is quiet and safe. It is very close to a number of restaurants and shops. Great location to get to anywhere in Tampa in a short distance. Randi pays particular attention to detail which is reflected in the cleanliness of the space. Also, in the fact that it has well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. The beds are comfy. Our favorite feature of the property was to be able to sit out on the patio in the evenings. It overlooks a little lake and it is so peaceful. I particularly loved the well stocked coffee/ tea bar! We came to Tampa to visit our daughter who lives five minutes away. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area!

We had a pleasant stay at the Casa. it was just what we were looking for and felt very at home. It did not bother us but it may bother others so fyi... they are building townhouses a few doors down and the interstate is right behind the home. Not that we didnt hear the noises but they weren't too loud and didn't bother us at all.

Nalini is a great host—she was very responsive, quick to answer any questions we had. We were a group of four and the accommodations were comfortable and the location was convenient for all that we wanted to do around Tampa. We didn’t have the time to enjoy the outside area but it’s nice to have a covered and shaded area. We would stay again if in the area.

Great spot, especially if traveling solo. Had all necessary amenities, a designated parking spot, and I did not run into issues during my stay. The host was very responsive and provided precise details to make the check in and check out process clear.

Janet’s place was clean and quiet. the location was nice too. We enjoyed walking in the park next to the condo and biking at Flatwoods Park. Grocery store and restaurants were nearby which was super convenient. The garage is made for small cars. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This was honestly one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with Airbnb. The host was SO helpful, my sister missed her flight back home and the host allowed us plenty of time to stay until we figured out what we were going to do. She was so so responsive to every little issue we had and got everything corrected right away. The house was BEAUTIFUL, extra linens were provided, BACKUP extra linens... this house really had all we could have possibly needed and it was such a wonderful stay. 10/10 stay !! I would definitely recommend this stay but I really hope it's available when I come back to the Tampa area 😅 !

Lots of clear space for thinking, relaxing, and cooking at this wonderful home away from home. It was so awesome to have three bathrooms! I would stay here again. Kendra was great. Having two TVs was a bonus as well! Thanks!
