Little House Among The Trees

My Partner and I offer this 500 sq foot Solar house. It's self contained, secluded, quiet and secure. There are 5 dogs in the Main house but they use a doggie door to come and go. You might see them wandering the property but they have never been in the little house so if you have any allergies this should not be an issue for you. The hens and ducks are fenced on the back of the property. PLEASE --- Send (with words) a Check-In "Time" with your FIRST communication.

Welcome to La Casita! A beautiful example of a traditional southwest style adobe casita. Originally constucted circa 1900 as a farm house, La Casita has been utilized as a short term rental for the past 15 years. Featuring a private entrace and courtyard, charming decor, kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, bedroom, mini-split heating and a/c, off-street parking, local tourist information and New Mexican literature, and an array of 90’s VHS movies! Just in time for winter, we recently installed brand new central heating at this lovely downtown "casita"!! It was recently updated with new appliances and has a clothes washer and dryer. Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown. Off street private parking and private patio area with a Jacuzzi hot tub! Perfect for relaxation.

Enjoy pristine nature in our off grid, 1bd attached apartment, nestled high in the mountains on a private road, surrounded by pinon and city views. Hiking paths start out the back door, yet all the fun of Albuquerque is only 20 minutes away.
