I highly recommend this Air BnB. Laura was very efficient and responsive to all of my needs, yet was never intrusive. It was a cute place which checked all of my boxes. There was a five day minimum which didn’t match my revised plans. I was only able to stay four nights. But I liked the place so much, that paying for one extra night was a very small price to pay. As I arrived, I didn’t quite know what I had gotten myself into. The place is about 1/2 block away from the back of a strip mall which is on a major highway. The BnB is situated in a blue collar area and is almost sandwiched by two trailer parks. But somehow, again all odds, it is a wonderful, very peaceful, and serene setting which takes on a rural Florida vibe. It sits well off the road and has a lot of acreage. I did have a problem finding the place. The people in GPS land are not very helpful. So use the GPS to get close. Once you get to the correct road, ignore the GPS and look for the address on her white mailbox.

Terry’s place was exactly what I needed for my short stay in Sarasota. The place was very clean and bed super comfortable! It was so nice to meet Terry, as well, such a friendly and amenable host. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks, Terry!

Beautifully updated with all the amenities of home. Very comfortable bed and plenty of towels. Owner went above and beyond to provide drinks, cooler, beach chairs/umbrella, and tips when we had questions. Lovely private location with fenced area and access to the beautiful pool. Just couldn't ask for more!

I stayed three nights in Lazarus’s comfortable and private studio while visiting my elderly mother in Sarasota. I was busy with family things during the day, but enjoyed lovely early morning walks in the Sapphire Shores neighborhood. Quiet at night and a comfortable bed. I would like to come back!

I was so thrilled to get back to this location and Maria’s airbnb. It is a perfect spot for me to be near the best beach in USA for a great price and accommodations were so comfortable and beautiful. There is a free shuttle to the beach called the Frog hop you can call ! I felt so comfortable at this place I want to call it home!!I definitely want to come back for my next stay ! We were visiting family in Venice and unfamiliar with the area, Soryvette's listing was perfect for us in a pinch and her description was accurate. She gave us a peaceful retreat and all the amenities we needed for a quick vacation. The bed was SUPER comfy!

Lindsey's Airbnb was the perfect space for my boyfriend and I to stay for the weekend. The shower in the bathroom is huge and while it is just a room, it was private and had plenty of space! She even has beach chairs and an umbrella and cooler that you can borrow to go to the beach (very necessary). I highly recommend this host and their Airbnb.

Great location and very clean and comfortable, close to the beaches. Jorge was very helpful and very responsive and made sure I let him know if anything was needed. I definitely recommend and would book again.

This place is just as described in the review we really only slept at night but it was fairly quiet considering it’s connected to the house. Overall a great stay.

Traveling to the East Coast from California and renting an Airbnb is always a gamble--especially when you're traveling alone. I wanted a safe, comfortable, and well-located spot near the beach. Scott's place ticked all of these boxes and more! The kitchen was well-stocked and the bed was comfortable. I used the small cooler and beach chair each day. Siesta Key is ten minutes away and Longboat Key, another beautiful beach, is 30 min away. Both were spectacular. I'd love to come back to Scott's place on a future Sarasota vacation.

AJ’s palm room was perfect for my needs (a few days working remote and a weekend to enjoy the sun). It was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities you’d want. AJ was super friendly and responsive. The neighborhood is a quick 10-minute drive to the hotspots. I did not have a car but I was able to take an Uber/Lyft easily everywhere. As far as walking, I did walk to get a burrito one day and to a coffee shop, but not much else was walkable.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hot tub was the perfect place to relax each evening. Lovely little place!

Loved my stay here. I felted welcomed and the little touches made my vacation special. From the coffee and chilled water to the amenities, I would come back again.

The place is super cute and on theme. The neighborhood is dark bc there's not many light posts. Not a big deal but as we were two women alone I was a little more cautious. No one bothered us and it's super easy to go to the beach. I was pleasantly surprised with the backyard space. we didn't use or need it but for ppl who will maybe stay longer it's a nice spot and a plus.

We had a great stay at Reuben’s and will definitely stay there again next time we are in Sarasota. The place was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. In addition it was incredibly peaceful Just what we needed. Thank you Reuben for letting us stay at your lovely home.

Loved that everything was brand new. It is in a quiet area but only a mile or less from the Tamiami Trail main road. You can sit on the back deck and no other houses are looking at you. There is a screened in area and an area outside the screen if you want to lay out in the sun. I went to Nokomis Beach three times. It is only around 20 min to get there. Also make sure to visit Wellen Park in the evening for dinner and Sunday morning for the farmers market. The owner responded to me very quickly when I messaged him. I hope the unit is open the next time I visit!

My husband and I had a great time staying with Cathy and visiting Matlacha and the surrounding area. We spent some time in Matlacha, bought some art, and enjoyed several restaurants with live music nearby. We also took day trips to Ft Myers and Sanibel Island, but our favorite thing was relaxing in the pool in the afternoons. Cathy’s place was pristine and had everything we needed for our stay. It was so peaceful and private. I can’t recommend it enough!

James was the most wonderful host his place was spotless. He’s very friendly. He was very helpful. It was awesome having a washer and dryer that we were also able to use. He definitely had a spotless place and his yard and lanai and surroundings were just beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place and I will definitely be going back there. We loved this stay so much! Kim's place was so clean and had all the amenities we needed! It was very cozy and a wonderful location. We particularly loved the enclosed patio- we spent a lot of time out there. Kim was a great host- she was always responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. We want to return for a longer stay!
