Relax under the stars in the hot tub, warm up by the outdoor fireplace, or roam the giant garden. Kids will love the treehouse, trampoline, swing, and ninja line. There’s no dishwasher, just simple, old-school charm (yes to internet!). Just 7 mins to Grass Valley, 10 to Nevada City, and 15 to the Yuba River. Airstream not included—please ask to rent!

Our home is right at the top of Broad St., a short walk down to bars, restaurants, coffee shops etc. Miners Foundry is about 5 min walk. This is a very ideal home and location for wedding attendees if you just want to walk to the local venues. Our house has three bedrooms, one on the main floor, and two upstairs. Small, well trained and non shedding pets are welcome after discussion.

Cancellations due to fire or Smokey air -allowed. Fragrance free cleaning products Wood floors, washer/dryer stocked kitchen Central heat. Air conditioning. High end mattresses. The house is off of a main road close to downtown Nevada City but in the tallest trees. There is some car noise during rush hour but none of that can be heard from inside of this very well insulated house. No loud parties. We do host dogs and occasionally cats.
