Walking distance to Southampton centre. St Mary’s sports stadium. University of Southampton. This property is not on a through road. Always free parking on the road. A very quiet place to stay. Ideally situated half way between Southampton centre and Southampton Uni, this calm and stylish space in a period property is a great place to unwind. The newly refurbished en-suite bedroom has its own front door, giving you privacy for your stay. Microwave and fridge provided. This en-suite bedroom is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. NOTE: there is no access to the main house and no shared spaces. The area is quiet but close to shops and cafes and on the main bus routes.
