I had forgotten it was an actual hotel, which was great because it had a bar downstairs. I arrived too late for dinner, unfortunately the kebab shop round the corner only took cash but there are other food options nearby (fish and chips etc). I had to leave before breakfast was served so can't comment on that either. Staff were friendly, wifi, tv and bathroom in my room. Quiet area. Parking is local town car parks - they charge during the day but if only staying the night like me it's free. Hotel will point out car park location s and there's a sign in reception detailing tariffs...

I was visiting friends and needed somewhere to stay centrally. Ben's place is ideally located in the city centre, close to Canterbury West station and lots of coffee shops and restaurants. The room was nice and clean, checking in very easy and the nespresso coffee machine with complimentary capsules a big plus. Bathroom was large with a new shower and all necessary amenities. Would definitely revisit!

Great space with lovely views over the lake. Even came round with breakfast in a basket in the morning. Would definitely use again!

We were made incredibly welcome and were looked after with warmth and kindness. It is a truly beautiful and most comfortable room in a wonderful location.

Excellent location, very quiet at night and just steps from train station and main walking street. Brand new bathroom and apartment. Comfortable bed. Stairs are steep and tricky, but that’s only for luggage on arrival and departure. Didn’t cause a problem otherwise. Would stay again.

This place has such a great set up with a lovely room on a super cute setting in Creeksea. A great place to base your weekend from, with use of the spa and gym and a lovely cafe attached with delicious food. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at the white hart, cosy spacious room with great view of the river, the location is perfect for walking along the river and is in the middle of the high street, there is a great breakfast included. The pub itself is cosy & charming, we stayed for Sunday dinner which was delicious! Would certainly recommend and we look forward to visiting again!
