The house is immersed in nature and off-grid - perfect for those seeking comfort, solitude and peace far from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Criado a partir de três contentores de 20 pés, proporciona uma experiência única a 50 metros da praia. A sala de estar e jantar, com janelas panorâmicas voltadas para o mar, inclui um sofá-cama e um espaço generoso para relaxar. A cozinha equipada e a casa de banho com banheira garantem comodidade. O quarto acolhedor completa o ambiente. Em terreno isolado, perfeito para teletrabalho.

Blue Garden 1

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables.

Quinta Maresia 2 - tiny house close to beach

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. With the beach only 400 meters away, this tiny house is situated in the middle of Portuguese nature, in a quiet side street. This tiny sized home is made of a 20 feet shipping container. It has a living room area in the entrance with a sofa that flips into a 120 cm day bed. The bathroom is complete with a shower. The bedroom in the end is equipped with a 140cm x 190cm bed.

Relax Container

The Relax Container, the only existing house in the property, is an isolated comfortable home completely surrounded by nature, and a small creek passing by, where you can relax and regenerate yourself, away from the stress of the cities. In the same space, there´s a hot tub you can enjoy (private and not shared) and only available for the house guests (extra fee applies).
