Dream Bungalow

Our cozy, simple bungalow is located right on the beautiful Marakoliya beach. Inside, you'll find a triple room, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and seating on the terrace. You can use the pool at the nearby resort for a fee. The bungalow is situated in a peaceful location in Tangalle. Within walking distance, you'll find plenty of restaurants, a market, shops, and a supermarket. A safe swimming spot is just a 10-minute walk away in a natural bay or near the breakwater.

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

This home is known for seeing the most wildlife This is one of five properties on the estate. Each house is hidden by its own flora and fauna. Our homes were designed to give a sense of privacy and space, bringing you close to nature to rest and be inspired by. Kabalana beach is a 5min walk away.
