The apartment is within the boundary of the main house however is completely stand alone and has it's own entrance. NOTE: There are steps to access apartment NO COOKING FACILITIES IN ROOM. NOTE: To gain access to the property thru gate, you need to be able to receive SMS messages and call within NZ Tea ,coffee making facilities only.

Welcome for Comfy Home, A beautiful 2-bedroom house (Queen and Single) located in the heart of Wanaka city center, featuring an open and large living area. The house includes a kitchen and laundry, 1.5 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 3 guests. Upon entering the main door, you’ll find a staircase leading upstairs to the apartment. While there are connecting doors to other rooms, they are all securely locked, ensuring complete privacy for your stay. Enjoy a comfortable stay with us!

Additional guests can be accommodated in a KS or S bed, available by prior arrangement for an additional fee. Walk to Mt Iron (5 min) or town (15-30 min). Street parking is available in a quiet safe cul-de-sac.

This new studio unit is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac but only 6 minutes drive from the centre of Queenstown and 10 minutes drive to the carpark at Coronet Peak! This cosy retreat is ideal for the single traveller or couple. Views are to the back of the property across to Arthurs Point but privacy is ensured with the lovely trees on the property.

Modern Stay in Cromwell - self check in

This 1 bedroom unit is located above our garage. It includes your own separate lounge area and bathroom. Both the lounge and bedroom have a heat pump to keep you cozy in Winter and cool in Summer. Unlimited Wifi is also included. This is a great location, only a 20min walk into town. Please note the stairs are steep. We will not use the garage while you are staying with us for complete privacy.

This solar powered home of earth friendly design is 15 mins drive from Wanaka. Set on 20 acres this is a private peaceful property with stunning mountain views, rustic charm and modern facilities.
