Easy access to the M3 & M4 motorway and close to Fleet, Farnborough and Hook. With the village and local walks on your doorstep this is the perfect getaway!

A self-contained newly build 20 m2 studio with separate entrance and parking. The studio is comprised of an en-suite bathroom, a super-king bed, a tall boy and a work desk. The annexe is in the garden to a main house however it is fully self contained and all rooms within it are private to the guest. Please note that this property is very close to the train lines at the end of the garden and therefore there will be train noise - most people get used to it very quickly!
