Eden is one of the oldest homes on Spanish Wells, lovingly restored in 2026, is nestled in a large garden of mature fruit trees and tropical flowering plants. Restaurants, bars, a convenience store, liquor stores, retail stores and our local museum are all within a few minutes walk. The picturesque white sand beach is a casual 2 minute stroll away. The front porch offers relaxing bird watching opportunities, with doves, finches and hummingbirds frequently visiting the bird bath in the garden.

Boo's Bungalow, Russell Island, Spanish Wells

Beautiful waterfront (not beach) home on Russell Island, Spanish Wells, Bahamas. Over 1700 sq ft, the bungalow is bright, airy and enjoys stunning ocean views. The home has been decorated with care. We created a small sandy area for sunning and built concrete steps into the ocean. Not included in our price is a $275 cleaning fee that you pay in cash directly to our manager upon arrival. We worked very hard to make this the best family rental on the island!
