The Storehouse, a church built in the 1890s, is nestled in the serene backdrop of Grandview, Indiana. This former sanctuary has been thoughtfully transformed into a 3 BR home, perfectly blending old-world charm with contemporary amenities. You will love the original hardwood floors and stained glass windows in every room. Less than 15 min. from Holiday World and Lincoln State Park, there is much to do. Farm Stay with Sunset Views

This home is on a family farm in Spencer County, IN, just 15 minutes from Holiday World. It boasts open areas both inside and outside for family and friends to spend quality time together. We invite you to watch the cows graze and view the sunset from the back porch. Although the home is located on a rural gravel road, we are fortunate to provide fiber internet/WiFi and city water. The space comfortably sleeps 14 adults. 3 toddlers which don’t count toward occupancy. We offer 1 night stays

Christmas Cottage

One block away from Holiday World! This house is a close walk to the park and a 5m drive to Lincoln Boyhood National Park and many other attractions. The house has been lovingly prepared for a Christmas theme and is ready for guests with comfy bedding, updated kitchen and bathroom, large indoor and outdoor gathering area, and all sparkling clean. This house converts from an 8 person (upstairs only) to a 12-14 person (add 4 beds, bathroom, additional kitchenette, and washer and dryer).

The Patriot House

We would be delighted to welcome you to the Patriot House. This home is tucked away on 5 acres of dreamy countryside! It features a thoughtfully designed layout of 1,440 square feet and is the perfect mix of comfort and style. While the neighbors are nearby, they are far enough away to keep your secrets safe! Hattie's Hill Cottage

Cottage sits behind our home (see photo). NOTE- Main house may have large groups. Pool and outside areas share spaces. Near Owensboro, Rockport, Hawesville & Lewisport. There is ONE bedroom which can be made into EITHER two California twins OR one California king -Wifi. We have a Smart TV you may use your Netflix and so on with. Kitchen is well stocked with necessities. Eating/work space is provided. Comfortable recliner chairs. Access to the grounds.

This charming cottage is the perfect getaway for nature lovers. Relax in this home’s cheerful and cozy atmosphere, located on the edge of Ben Hawes Park with over 4 miles of beautiful walking trails and 7.5 miles of bike trails in this gorgeous 297 acre forest. If you'd like a true log cabin feel while staying on a beautiful, serene wooded 10 acre plot of land, this is the place for you and your friends/family! This small cabin has been reconstructed after being transferred to this location by the owner and his son. All of the decor and fixings are antique in style to fit the log cabin feel, to bring you back to the good ole days.

The Farmhouse on Nannie Belle

Set on 13 acres, this 142 year old Farmhouse will take you back to simpler times. Unplug and spend quality time with your family. Roast marshmallows, go fishing, play board games, or challenge your family to an intense game of foosball. A perfect place for families to reconnect. Note: The farmhouse road name has changed from Old Hwy 144 to Nannie Belle Loop.
