Enjoy a taste of hobby farm living where you overlook grazing horses and ample amounts of space. Take a short drive into town and indulge on some of Eyre Peninsula's famous produce. Or stoke the adorable little indoor fire and nestle up inside with a delicious local wine.

Two undercover car parking spaces, walking distance from the Main Street, shops, jetty (approx 1km), playground and Waterpark. Cowell boasts excellent fishing/crabbing and we have much local knowledge to share. Fresh oysters also available on request. We live nearby and are happy to help any way we can.

It is private and has its own access. There is access to the seafront within metres and free use of kayaks is included. Located in a peaceful and naturally beautiful area, very close to national park, walking, beaches, fishing, mountain bike trials and many other tourist attractions.
