Arredata con molto gusto nei toni bianco, blu e azzurro, si trova in una zona tranquilla, circondata da un grazioso giardino. Sviluppata su 2 piani, ha una splendida terrazza vista mare su Corsica e Pianosa. All'interno 2 camere, 2 bagni, ampio soggiorno con cucina- pranzo, soppalco con divano letto. All'esterno vari spazi ombreggiati, doccia e parcheggio coperto.

Casa Georgii: tranquilla e con vista mozzafiato

Casa Georgii è una casa-vacanze indipendente. Situata su una collina, la terrazza di oltre 200 metri quadrati offre una vista mozzafiato sulla baia di Portoferraio e sul mare con le colline e i boschetti nell‘entroterra. Lontana dalle strutture turistiche, Casa Georgii si trova in una posizione centrale. Portoferraio, Porto Azzurro e Capoliveri sono solo ad un quarto d‘ora di distanza. The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Villetta indipendente di recente costruzione, curata nei particolari con un'indimenticabile vista mare. A piedi (300 mt) si raggiungono la spiaggia degli STECCHI e MADONNA DELLE GRAZIE. Casetta silenziosa e luminosa in un giardino spazioso e tranquillo. Dehor sotto una piccola pineta dove poter mangiare all'aperto e godere della vista mare. Camera da letto matrimoniale, ampio bagno, soggiorno con cucina, giardino con tavolo sedie e sdraio. Aria condizionata. Doccia esterna. Parcheggio in giardino. Animali non ammessi. Villa Vista Elba island

Through the garden you reach the villa, with a large living room and terrace overlooking the garden towards the sea. In addition to the living room, a sliding door leads to a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to the furnished terrace. Two opposite wings form the sleeping area and therefore privacy for the different parts. The beautiful garden offers amazing sea views.
