Duska was extremely friendly and made check in very simple. The apartment feels even nicer than the photos show it as. 100% would stay here again.

Clean and beautiful apartment, 10 minute walk to old town. Loved it! Would stay again! We accidentally took the house key with us and he was so kind about it and let us mail it back. 10/10!!

Beautiful spot! Extremely accommodating and the amenities were great. Walking distance to downtown Split. Only downside is when using the patio/hot tub enjoying the view, there is 10 big garbage cans directly below…

Beautiful home tucked away in city center... Be close to everything without hearing it all once inside the home. Walkable to restaurants, waterfront, and so much more. Great host, very responsive. Great air conditioning in home. Would return.

What a lovely studio apartment. The location is great close enough to walk to the Old Town in about 5 minutes, and far enough away to feel peaceful. Also very close to a sand beach. The apartment is small, but as a solo traveller it was perfect for me. Small kitchen with a fridge, hob, microwave and all the utensils you could need. Comfortable double bed. And a glorious balcony with a table and chairs to sit and relax. Nikolina was a very attentive host, met me at the property and had left me some water, juice and a lovely bottle of Croatian white wine. If I ever return to Split, I would absolutely stay at this apartment again! Thanks Nikolina!

I stayed at the apartment for a month and I give it my very best recommendations! It has a beautiful view of the sea that is truly breathtaking at all hours of the day. The apartment itself is in great condition and you have everything you need in terms of kitchen utensils and the like. The rooms are exactly like the pictures (maybe even better) and the place feels quite calm and private. Everything is straight-forward and easy to use. Groceries are close by and the beach is within walking distance. Ana is a very kind host who also provided me with great tips for the local area - and she is just in general very responsive and helpful! I would come back to this apartment anytime!

Really nice apartment, 10 minutes walk from one of the best beach clubs I found in Split, so, pretty convenient! We had some issues with the kitchen but Zdravka was so fast and efficient to answer that those issues were resolved super quickly! We are really happy with the time there and looking forward to come back one day! 😊

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Anamarija avec nos deux filles de 12 ans et 16 ans. Cette location vous laissera de bons souvenirs de votre séjour . La vue extérieure sur la mer est exceptionnelle. La piscine est située face à la mer. Des draps de bain étaient installés sur chaque transat à notre arrivée. L'appartement se situe au rez de chaussée de maison. Les hôtes habitent à l'étage de la maison mais Anamarija et sa famille sont très discrets. L'endroit est très calme. Les literies sont de bonne qualité. Pour les enfants il y a des jeux extérieurs mis à disposition. L'intérieur est un peu rustique mais vous profiterez surtout du cadre extérieur. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande cet endroit.Sandrine

Das absolute Highlight ist der Meerblick auf dem Balkon. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten mit Uber und einem Mietauto die Stadt in 10 min erreichen. Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan. Der Fußläufige Strand ist aufgrund einer Baustelle gesperrt, müsste aber bald wieder öffnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

The apartment was exactly as described, with a beautiful view. There’s no need for a car since the bus stops are conveniently close. There are no cons to mention – the apartment is priced as it should be. The small selection of books provided was surprisingly interesting.

We had a fantastic stay at Irene’s beautiful home. The location was perfect about a 15 min drive outside of Split and within walking distance to beaches and a town on the water. Irene’s place was spotless, nicely designed, perfect for two families and more beautiful than the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped to cook meals ourselves. We loved the pool and the amazing views from the bedrooms and decks above. Irene was a fantastic host. What a gem!

An awesome villa - great size, spacious living areas, a gym and games room downstairs and a large pool. We loved it. Although it’s a fair distance away from the centre of Split getting an Uber was very easy and cost about €26. Darko was brilliant, very attentive and brought round food which was incredibly generous and exceptionally well made. We loved our time there

Our stay at Sara’s villa was just lovely. Such a peaceful location with tremendous views over the mountains. The villa was spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need and thoughtfully put together. We just loved the pool house with billiard table and sauna. The outdoor kitchen and bbq was another favourite. Sara and Katja were so lovely and welcoming and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their villa to anyone looking for a fabulous, peaceful place to stay. We have been to many villas over the years and this was definitely one of our favourites. Thank you once again.

We had an amazing 5-day stay at Villa Karina in the Marjan Forest near Split. The villa was spotless and very well maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet still close enough to the city to explore easily. Our host was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet retreat with top notch hospitality!

It was a lovely place to stay with 2 families. Maja was very helpful with instructions and super responsive. There was quite a bit of smell coming from the restaurant downstairs but as we didn’t stay much at home it was ok.

We had an wonderful stay at Villa Magic View! The surroundings and especially the view was amazing. The place had everything we needed and we enjoyed the pool and playroom very much. Because this is a new neighborhood the ubers sometimes had a hard time finding us but it always worked out in the end. We recommend renting a scooter to get up and down the hill easily but walking it is also a option, a little cardio :) I really recommend this place if you want to enjoy yourself in a luxorious villa. We will definetly come again.
