This beautiful, modern house with an outdor pool is located in Solin. It is a small but beautiful town, only a short drive away from Split. The house is located by the river Jadro. Surrounding of the house is decorated as park with lots of walking trails. House has four spacious bedrooms for eight people and three bathrooms. Also you can use parking and auxiliary facility which is traditional croatian tavern with barbecue and board games( billiards and darts ).

Apartman je u centru grada, dio Varoš, na 3 katu, nema lifta. Prošle godine je renoviran, ima kabelsku TV, wi-fi, perilicu za rublje. Apartman je u centru, 5 minuta hoda od Rive i Zapadne obale-šetnice, 5 minuta od park šume Marjan. U neposrednoj blizini je trgovina. Iz apartmana se pruža pogled na nogometno igralište s jedne strane i na krovove Varoša sa druge strane. Do plaža na Marjanu imate 15 minuta hoda. U blizini je parking koji se plaća.

Villa offers accommodation for 11 persons.Two luxurious, modern and fully furnished apartments are located on the ground floor and on the 2nd floor of the house. We live on the first floor, take care of the maintenance of the house, garden and the pool. Villa is only 5 kilometers away from the old center of Split and Diocletian's palace!
