U apartmanu se nalazi i skroz opremljena kuhinja, te manji toalet s tušem i potrebnim sadržajima. Svaka soba ima klima uređaj i besplatni WiFi. Na nekoliko minuta hoda je zelena tržnica, super marketi i pekarnice. U okoliši zgrade je besplatno javno parkiralište. Do poznate plaže Bačvice se dođe za desetak min hoda.

A pleasant walk through the park takes you, for only 10-12 minutes, to the city center. Bacvice beach is 100 meters away .
