My home is located in the heart of Spokanes South Hill and a half block from beautiful Manito Park. The house is located right on the busline to downtown shopping and events and five minutes from Sacred Heart Medical Center. We are also within walking distance of neighborhood restaurants and shopping. After raising our daughters we found ourselves living primarily in the apartment we added when we finished our basement. We have been AirB&B guests on several trips and decided to become hosts.

Come enjoy our beautiful private resort nestled next to our vineyard with breathtaking views of the sunset, sipping a glass of wine while taking a soak in the hot tub, or going full on Norwegian in the outdoor cedar sauna and plunge into the pool. If you want to wind down, WineDown is your place. A relaxing Airbnb, sitting on five wooded acres, tucked in a South Valley neighborhood. The Suite is located in the lower level of our Tuscan Home with a private deck and hot tub. A gated community provides extra security and a private entrance with stairs that lead to a beautiful view of the peaceful pines and wandering wildlife. We are on site during your stay and try to greet guests if we are home.

Wing-Watcher's Paradise is where you will enjoy watching airplanes fly overhead from the hot tub.
