Πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα, εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Η τοποθεσία βολική για να περπατήσεις ως το κέντρο και να βρεις εύκολα να παρκάρεις. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης με πολλά πλεονεκτήματα!! Το πάρκινγκ στη περιοχή είναι μια σχετικά εύκολη υπόθεση, εναλλακτικά κοντά στο ακίνητο υπάρχει και πάρκινγκ ιδιοτικο.Το διαμέρισμα είναι ήσυχο, ανακαινισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις,πεντακάθαρο με μεγάλα ΑΝΑΠΑΥΤΙΚΆ κρεβάτια .Η κουζίνα διαθέτει τα βασικά σε περίπτωση που θελήσει κάποιος να μαγειρέψει.ο οικοδεσπότης πραγματικά μας έκανε πολύ καλή εντύπωση, τόσο για την εξυπηρέτηση του, όσο και για το ενδιαφέρον του να μας βοηθήσει σε ότι χρειαζόμασταν!! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα, σίγουρα θα ξαναβρεθούμε σε επόμενη εξόρμηση μας!!

Εξαιρετικό σπίτι, πολύ ωραίοι χώροι με υπέροχο μπαλκόνι για πρωινό καφέ. Το σπίτι ήταν σε πολυ καλό σημείο του κέντρου, προσφέροντας εύκολο παρκάρισμα στην γειτονιά, ησυχία και πήγαινες πολύ γρήγορα με τα πόδια παντού στο κέντρο. Το μόνο πολύ μικρό αρνητικό ήταν πως δεν υπήρχε μια κατσαρόλα για μαγείρεμα. Είχε 2 βαθιά τηγάνια που ήταν λίγο μεγαλύτερα από τα ματια της κουζίνας το οποίο δυσκόλεψε ελάχιστα. Κατα τ’αλλα, ήταν ένα φανταστικό σπίτι και θα το ξανά επισκεπτόμουν.

Our stay at this lovely apartment was absolutely perfect! Three of us stayed here for a month while working in Volos, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed—everything we needed for a comfortable, extended stay. The location couldn’t be better: close to cafes, shops, and the main locations of the city centre. What truly made our experience special was the host’s warmth and generosity. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome, offering local tips and always being responsive. Little touches like a well-stocked kitchen, cozy living area, and reliable Wi-Fi made our workdays easier. We’d highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Volos—whether for work or leisure. It was an absolutely stress free experience dealing with Natasha and George, they were both very polite and communication between myself and them was seamless, the only complaint I would have is that we only stayed one night. 10/10 🤩

We had an incredible stay at Dimitrios' place in Volos! From the moment we booked, Dimitrios was attentive and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to make our stay seamless. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our visit, offering fantastic local tips and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself is a gem. The balcony is absolutely stunning — the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the beautiful views of the city. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to all that Volos has to offer. It’s just a short walk to the waterfront, shops, cafes, and restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring this vibrant city. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more convenient place to stay. Thank you, Dimitrios, for making our trip to Volos so memorable. We highly recommend staying here and hope to return someday!

Ήταν όμορφα.

Overall very happy with the stay. The communication was great. The only problem was with the wifi, even when it worked, the connection was rather weak, but Katerina still did her best. The surrounding area has a lot to offer as well

Allez y les yeux fermés ! Dimitris a été adorable avec nous , il était réactif et gentil à chaque échange que nous avons eu. Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos ! Spacieux, lumineux, confortable, idéalement placé à 10 secondes de la promenade en bord de mer. La terrasse est idéale pour se détendre ou partager un repas en amoureux ou entre amis. La cuisine est top, le lit est confortable, le salon cosy, la salle de bain nickel également. En plus tout était vraiment super propre. Je recommande à quiconque voudrait passer un super moment à Volos !

Ολα μια χαρά, μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι!!

Ο Σταύρος η Μάχη και η Ελευθερία είναι πολύ φιλόξενοι και εξυπηρετικοί.. Ο χώρος είναι καθαρός και λειτουργικός!! Η αυλή είναι μέσα στο πράσινο!! Η παραλία είναι δίπλα, πας με τα πόδια.. Η πιο ωραία παραλία στη Σκόπελο.. Και το πιο βασικό παρέχει parking και είναι dog friendly... ΣΑΣ ευχαριστούμε πολύ και εις το επανειδειν..

Πολυ καλη τοποθεσία. Το δωματιο ηταν καθαρό, είχε ζέστη . Η βεράντα πολυ ωραία. Το καλοκαίρι θα ειναι ακομα καλύτερα. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα

Merci pour votre accueil, tout s’est bien passé. Ioannis nous a attendu pour tout montrer l’appartement et donner les clefs. L’appartement est bien, bien chauffé en hiver et bien placé. On était 2 et ça allait très bien, la deuxième petite chambre pourrait très bien convenir à un enfant ou un ami proche

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Arredamento nuovo e ben tenuto con lavastoviglie in caso di necessità. Bell'attico corrispondente perfettamente alle foto anche se un pò piccolo. Peccato che il bagno avesse poca aerazione a causa solo di una piccola finestrella e che lo scarico della doccia non funzionasse a dovere. Olga, la persona incaricata da Dimitris nel venire ad accoglierci al nostro arrivo, è sempre stata cordiale e disponibile nel venire incontro alle nostre richieste ed esigenze

Wonderful, fully equipped place for family if 4. Located very close to everything: beach, shops, bar, restaurants, but at the same time very quite and isolated from the noise. Parking downstairs super comfortable, as little village during the weekend days can be filled with cars. Host very friendly & helpful. Highly recommend!

Το καλύτερο κατάλυμμα στο Ψαροπούλι ! Η κ. Λίνα ηταν πολύ φιλόξενη , διακριτική και ευγενική.Νιωσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας! Περιποιημένος κηπος και πεντακάθαρη πισίνα. Είχαμε την παραλία ένα βήμα από το στούντιο, το οποίο είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα. Δεν μπορώ να παραλείψω τους πίνακες ζωγραφικής δημιουργίες της ίδιας της κ. Λίνας που κοσμούσαν το κατάλυμμα μας. Συγχαρητήρια κ . Λίνα και σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα.

Amalia war äußerst hilfsbereit und fragte immer nach unserem Wohlergehen. Der Check In lief über ihre wundervolle Mama. Sie war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. In der Wohnung war wirklich alles super: super sauber, alles da (von Klopapier, Alufolie, Kaffee, Handtücher, Waschmittel, Staubsauger (ein echtes Plus! - das ist Mega!!!), Handwaschseife, Duschgel, usw.) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lieben Dank für diese tolle Möglichkeit!
