Little Villa Azul- Studio Basement Apartment

Studio style basement apartment, with a dedicated entrance. This space comes with a queen size bed, as well as a foldable queen bed frame with futon style queen mattress. The studio comes with a mini fridge, microwave, huge living area with TV. A 6 min drive to downtown Fredericksburg. Short and long term stays are considered on a case by case basis. Enjoy Downtown Fredericksburg, local shopping mall, family fun like Kings Dominion, The new Kalahari Indoor Waterpark, hiking restaurants and more!

Cozy basement

We like to give our guest full privacy during their stay. The basement has its own entrance in the back of the home. We do have steps going from the front of the house to the back entrance. We’re pet friendly! There's a $100 per pet fee. Fee is due upon arrival. Large fenced yard for our furry guest to run and enjoy the open space. As well as a deck with seating area facing the yard. Please make sure to clean up after your pet after every bathroom break. Pets permitted only in the back yard

Downtown Oasis (Pets Welcome)

Our warmly decorated guest suite is attached to but fully separate from the main part of our home, with its own private entrance. The suite includes a spacious bedroom, large bathroom and separate living/sleeping area with a TV, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.
