Zion NP's gorgeous peaks are right outside your window and the park entrance is only 1 mile away, making for the perfect hike, bike ride or take the FREE Shuttle (seasonal)! This 2nd floor space is perfect for those excited to wake up to beautiful views, explore during the day, return for a nice meal, & enjoy peaceful Zion evenings inside spacious bedrooms, or out on the deck. Note: this space has two kitchen seating areas, and two bedrooms include seating, however there is no living room.

Located directly on the Virgin River with stunning views in every direction of Zion NP & Gooseberry Mesa right from the peaceful backyard! Experience wildlife, unobstructed sunrises/sunsets and incredible night skies! ZNP only 15 miles away. Access BLM trails right from the property for biking, etc., or stay here on the secluded backyard beach, soaking or tubing in the Virgin River. *So sorry, no pet policy is firm. **Owners live upstairs, overhead noise can occasionally be heard.
