A shabby chic, bohemian flat put together with a Paris apartment in mind. You have an entire two bedroom apartment to yourself. The flat is right in the middle of the City within walking distance to all (i.e. restaurants, bars, bakery and shopping). Both brand new mattresses are dressed in new super soft sheets and have extra pillows for comfort. The bathroom is stocked with new Egyptian cotton wash and towel sets. The kitchen has the essentials to make meals on the premises during your stay.

The Herrick House

The perfect getaway! The Herrick House is 120 acres of fields and forest with spectacular views and various wildlife. With 4 bedrooms,2 full bathrooms, 2 living areas, 2 beautiful wood burning fireplaces, laundry room, new appliances; this is the perfect getaway for family and friends.

The Mohawk Getaway! Private heated pool

Welcome friends! Great house for baseball season. Each room is large, inviting, and offers wonderful natural lighting with its 56 windows. The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen and two private dining rooms with seating space for 14 guests. The main living room offers a custom feather down sectional accompanied by a beautiful chaise lounge and two wingback chairs. Head through the foyer and up the immaculate stairway to find four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Little Moose Lodge

Our Moose Lodge is a four season rustic cabin (tiny house) located on our Mohawk River waterfront property. This cozy warm cabin was built using on site and local timber as well as reclaimed lumber. Includes full kitchen, full bath and loft with two full beds. First floor has a small couch that can be pulled out to accommodate more guests if needed. Smart TV sits above the large gas fireplace. Internet included as well as local channels. Feel free to use the BBQ grill.

Cedar Lake Cottage

This cozy cottage is nestled in a tranquil setting, with glorious golf course and lake views offering an escape from the fast pace of everyday life. The screened-in front porch provides the opportunity to relax on the couch or dine at the spacious banquette, all while taking in the beauty of the Upstate New York surroundings. With its proximity to several universities and local attractions, this cottage keeps you connected while offering a wonderfully peaceful getaway.

Cooperstown Lyrical Gardens

Feel at home in your own private space, attached to a large farmhouse nestled on 100 acres. Enjoy using the property for lounging, hiking, campfires or reflection. A continental breakfast of homemade bread and local free range fresh eggs, and produce and fresh herbs from our garden when in season will await you. Coffee and tea is provided each morning. Feel free to partake your coffee and breakfast outside on the swing overlooking pond.

Stylish cabin-foothills of Adirondacks (10 acres!)

The Adirondack Abode is located at the foothills of the Adirondacks and is the ideal getaway if you want to relax or explore. Book here if you like a stylish, peaceful place to rest, work, or hang. Ten acres bring you total privacy. The cabin is both rustic and modern with a full kitchen, three bedrooms, and mid-century furnishings. There is much to see and do nearby. Hikes, lakes, skiing, and antiquing are all within a short drive!

Village Suite Walking Distance to Everything

This guest suite has all the comforts of home. It's a comfortable walk or bike ride to the Hall of Fame, historic downtown, the Farmer's Museum and beautiful Otsego Lake. A 24-hour grocery store is around the corner and we're close to the trolley that will take you all over Cooperstown in the summer. And it's only a 10 minute drive to Brewery Ommegang. Please note, there is no TV or cable in the suite. Just Wi-Fi.
