Bella Vista is a beautiful A-Frame cottage that is private but only a 1/2 mile from downtown Burnsville. It offers 1 bath, a bedroom with TV and king size bed, a sleeping loft that has 2 twin beds. The cabin will sleep 4 people but is best for 2 people. Gas log fireplace, central heat and air, washer and dryer and a small kitchen with new appliances. Only 10 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway with Beautiful Overlooks and Hiking.. A BEARY RELAXING Cabin is located a 1/2 mile from the Toe River for fishing and kayaking. The Penland School of Crafts is 3 miles away and the beauty of the campus can not be beat. We are halfway between Boone and Asheville for all that these two towns offer.

A cozy 2-bedroom guest cottage convenient to downtown Spruce Pine. Super close to multiple coffee shops, restaurants, shops, galleries, a park, and local events. A grocery store and gas station is nearby. Easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Penland School of Craft, lots of hiking. Only about 35-40 minutes from Sugar Mountain. Beech and Appalachian are other ski areas, but they are a bit further away. Linville Gorge, Grandfather Mountain, and Mt Mitchell are easily day hikes.

Enjoy morning coffee on your private patio, unwind in a spacious two-level apartment, and bring your dog along for the adventure. Fully stocked, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly located for hiking, exploring, golfing or doing absolutely nothing. Regrettably the apartment is not child proofed therefore, for safety reasons, we are unable to accept children under 4.
