We thouroughly enjoyed our stay. It was conveniently located to our favorite Waynesville spots. Would definitely book here again.

What a lovely place! Clean, peaceful, and comfortable. There were flowers on the table and cold waters in the fridge. The bed was super comfortable with good linens. It's a great quiet place for visiting Asheville and surroundings. We really enjoyed starting our day with a yoga class at the Community Yoga Center that is less than a mile away. Booking, checking/getting in was a breeze, and Phil always responded quickly to messages.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Absolute perfection! Claudia and Ricardo’s place was everything we hoped for and more. The location is unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to downtown, which made getting to the Billy Strings show every night a breeze. The space itself was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making their guests feel at home. We’ll 100% be back next time we’re in town.

Great location with walkable things to do. Apartment was clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. Rebecca was a great host and very helpful with a few of my questions during our visit. Will definitely go back!

This place is very welcome very cozy very clean with a beautiful view of the mountains. Very quiet and relaxing place .we enjoyed our vacation and we will come back . The host Melissa was super nice and very thoughtful of everything what you need to make your stay fantastic.we love that place and is highly recommend to give a try .

We had a truly wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The space was beautifully appointed—stylish yet comfortable, with high-quality furnishings, plush linens, and tasteful decor that gave it a warm, inviting atmosphere.

The place was amazing and comfy, my family loved the view from the apartment and we spent a great time in Grandfather Mountain! The host was very kind and really helpful. We’d love to rent this place again in the future — (10/10)

Jennifer and her co-hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. The condo was perfect for our family vacation. Close to ski slopes, but not within walking distance, which was fine with us. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. The porch furniture was the best, love the gliders. And the view of Grandfather Mountain and surrounding mountains was beautiful. Great experience!!

Your place was very lovely. It was very clean and I hope we left it without any issues and followed your check out instructions. Unfortunately the pool and Jacuzzi was out of service due to them doing renovations but that was ok and we understood, stuff like that has to happen from time to time. Stayed here for a weekend softball tournament in Johnson City. Location was fantastic and the neighborhood was calm and peaceful. The unit was clean and tidy and there were tons of amenities available for us. The beds were comfy and the house felt like home. Would stay again!!

I would highly recommend this spot to friends visiting Asheville! Very easy to find, close to downtown while still quiet, and above a wonderful bar!
