You cannot beat the beautiful view of Lake Superior and the amazing sunsets. Not far from 2nd Sand Beach for swimming and picnics. Use this as home base for all the sightseeing our area has to offer. Come and relax in this cozy 2 bedroom home situated just off the main highway in Baraga, MI. The kitchen is equipped with oven/stovetop, refrigerator/freezer, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, assorted pots and pans, mixing bowls, measuring spoons and cups, flatware, cups, mugs, plates and bowls. In the living room sit and enjoy the Wifi or take advantage of the provided Netflix. On a nice evening enjoy some time around the backyard fire pit or grill out on the newly built back deck.

About a mile to antique shopping, restaurants, bars, Iron Ore Heritage Trail for biking or hiking and mega RAMBA Trails.

Otter House

Otter House is a beautifully appointed log cabin in the trees overlooking Otter Lake. It is comfortably furnished with a well equipped kitchen. The lakefront has a small beach, 3 kayaks, a canoe, hammocks and a fire pit. Otter Lake is a tranquil spot with great fishing and very little boat traffic. Canoe up the Otter River or Kayak down to the dam. You will see eagles, beavers, turtles, loons, geese and if you're lucky an otter. There is a parking pad for your RV or trailer.

Yellow Dog Yurt - Peace and Quiet near Marquette

Located 25 minutes north of Marquette, our yurt is simple and rustic without electricity and a woodstove is the only heat source. We provide bedding, water in buckets, a simple kitchen, a battery pack for string lights, and a sauna for warming the bones. We encourage and cater to silent-sport type of guests as we have kind and close neighbors on all sides. No shooting, loud off road vehicles, etc. are permitted. - Wood heat only - Outhouse toilet - Limited parking

The Beach House

Beautiful year round beach house. This tiny house is located on Second Sand Beach. Guests will enjoy an all sand beach on Lake Superior. It is 8 miles from the town of L’Anse, and a 40 minute drive to Houghton. Cross country ski trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails, and ORV trails are minutes away. Participate in the many summer and winter fishing tournaments in the area or relax and unwind on the private beach. A boat launch area is a short walk down the beach.
