Our cozy, simple bungalow is located right on the beautiful Marakoliya beach. Inside, you'll find a triple room, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and seating on the terrace. You can use the pool at the nearby resort for a fee. The bungalow is situated in a peaceful location in Tangalle. Within walking distance, you'll find plenty of restaurants, a market, shops, and a supermarket. A safe swimming spot is just a 10-minute walk away in a natural bay or near the breakwater.

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature.
