This place was great for our visit to WashU. It was spacious, trendy, comfortable and clean. The building had a lot of cool spaces and amenities that we didn't get a chance to take advantage of but I would encourage others to save some time to utilize. It is an extremely walkabout area, right next to the park and a quick drive for us to WashU. Urus was accommodating to our early arrival which is always appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay. Feels like home. The room is nice, clean and smells good inside. Close to everything (Restaurants, Stores, Park, Tourist Attractions) we will definitely book this place again for our never trip. Jordan is very nice and helpful as well. Thank you Vibrant Flat in STL!

My wife and I absolutely loved our experience! Eugenia was very sweet and met us at the front door with a smile. It was very clean and plenty of space! Parking was secure with a gate. Walking distance to everything and we had the best time cruising around downtown on the lime motorized scooters and drove them right up to Ballpark Village! We would recommend this place to all, business travelers, families or couples would all love! Thank you so much, Eugenia!

Henry is just as amazing as the space and will make you feel right at home! I 1000% would recommend this space to anyone looking for a laid back stay in the Soulard area!

For one night the place was great! Check in was easy, parking was easy; we had more than one car in our group but it was easy to park in the area.

The house was nice and the fence in backyard is why we booked this house. Having 3 bedrooms is nice and having 2 bathrooms was great when you have multiple people. The washer and dryer is always a plus because you never know what you'll run into while traveling. There were tvs in every bedroom. The host was friendly when we needed to communicate. Late check out is available if needed and we took advantage of it. There was room to park two cars in the driveway. You could see some of the planes taking off and landing from the airport from the backyard.

Kimberly’s place was perfect for our stay of 4 adults and a 2 year old. Plenty of space, good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Beds were so comfortable. Excellent communicator. Would definitely stay here again, location is A+ just blocks from Main Street.

Shawana was an amazing kind host! Her home is absolutely amazing, squeaky clean, spacious, updated & very welcoming. Check in was easy! Shawana was always responsive. Quiet private and Very nice comfortable stay! Definitely recommend and will stay again!

We stayed 2 nights; in town for a niece’s wedding. We found everything to our liking. To list just a few: Beautiful kitchen, Keurig with a variety of coffee pods. Fluffy towels. Nice furniture. Big TV, with a fluffy blanket on the large couch. Good mattresses with nice bedding. A well-equipped workout room. Seating areas in the front snd back yards.

Artur communicated well with clear instructions. The place was compact and perfect for what we were looking for.

Great place to stay! Very clean and had anything you needed there. He was very good at responding when I had questions and very polite. Comfortable beds and felt right at home and comfortable!

Communication: Jeffrey’s communication was excellent and so proactive that I never needed to ask anything—he always provided helpful information. Cleanliness: The property was immaculate, including the full basement, which is often ignored. Not here. Accuracy: The listing was completely accurate. Location: A couple of restaurants are within walking distance, and it’s easy to get on the highways to go just about anywhere. Amenities: All the typical amenities were there, plus a great welcome package. Comfort: The bed and furniture were very comfortable, and the office area was perfect for work. Misc: There’s a covered parking area with an outside electric plug—perfect for EVs. Overall: I can’t recommend this place and host enough. I hope to stay again in the future.
