Great place for those wanting right on the outside of town. Magnolia Homestead does not allow gatherings of more than 5 people without prior approval. Our cleaning fee takes into account for 5 people, not 7-10. **We love hosting visitors and do not allow persons renting our home to host any type of “after party”, such as for groomsmen/bride

Our recently renovated duplex offers mid century modern decor, beautiful hardwood floors, a well equipped kitchen, and washer & dryer. It is located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment in downtown Oneonta. Our super cute and comfy property is the ideal place to stay in Oneonta. We also have a fire pit, above ground pool, and even a chapel to give you the relaxing getaway that we all need from time to time.
