Our historic building sits at the "top of the hill", 1/4 mile north of downtown St. Clair. The building dates back to 1863 and we have converted all 4 units into vacation rentals. This apartment is very spacious at 1,100 square feet and has all you need for a comfortable stay. You have an easy walk into St. Clair to enjoy the boardwalk, the plaza or the newly remodeled St. Clair Inn. The unit also has a private deck with a nice view of the river to see those freighters / boats passing by.

Our historic apartment located in Central Downtown Richmond is a perfect stay for all occasions. Built in the 1800s this space has so much character and history. Decorated in retro vintage/ boho decor you’ll feel nostalgic and at peace while being here. The buildings downtown are beautiful and the view of Main Street will make you feel like your in a big city while still being in this quaint busy little town with so much to offer! The Little Bar is just a small drive about 10 + block south of town with amazing dining and drinks. No pets
