My son and his family stayed here and had 7 children ages 13-newborn. It was perfect for everyone. The screened in porch allowed adults to sit and watch the kiddos play on the beach. The porch was close enough that the children could hear adults if we were speaking to them. The kitchen offered everything we needed. We had no issue with WiFi. Would certainly stay here again.

This place was a DREAM! You know when you're at the beach and you see some condos and you think, "I wish I was staying there..." THIS IS THAT PLACE! My kids AND my husband were pumped that it had a Monopoly theme so of course, we played. :) This place is super charming...also, everything you need is there...we didn't buy charcoal or even a lighter. Kitchen stocked great, excellent spot for the kids to hang out...and this condo is right in the middle of everything...walk everywhere! Yay! My boy played basketball every day (30 steps from the condo) grocery 3-4 minute walk, the lighthouse, the shopping, the food, I parked when we got there and never got in my car again! Note, if you have an electric car there is a spot to charge less than1/4 mile walk at the buccaneer inn. My husband drove separate, EV no problem! We had a great time! It was clean and perfect and right on the beach, the BEST!

My wife and I had an amazing week here. The sunrises are indescribable and the dolphins are so beautiful. Literally on the beach, walk down the stairs and you’re there. I was able to fish the surf caught a nice black drum. We will definitely return to this place. One of the most beautiful places I’ve been.

Very nice condo right over the water. They are recovering from Helene and there was some construction going on while we were there, which was not too disruptive. There is no beach directly in front of the house since it’s right over the water, but the beach is a very short walk away. The house was clean and just as pictured. Plenty of towels, dishes, etc. and also plenty of beach chairs provided. We found the beds too firm and the pillows uncomfortable. We would stay again.

WE had an amazing stay. Sally was quick to answer our text. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed and more. I loved that every age had plenty to do and enjoy. By far the best rental for family vacation we have ever booked. Hostess thought of everything you could need and added touches like games for all ages, outdoor seating, pool floats, etc. Thank you for opening your home for families like ours to enjoy. we'll be back!

This was the perfect quick getaway for our family with small children. Our toddlers loved the pirate ship and the pool was perfect for our older ones. The location was close enough to the beach to walk and in a lower traffics area than many other places. There’s a cute little coffee shop at the entrance of the neighborhood that added a nice perk. Everything was as advertised and having all of the beach supplies to use was a great bonus. We would stay here again. Only downside was we did not have the option to use the golf cart while staying 😅

Great place to stay. Felt right at home. Plenty of room for both of our families. House was right on the beach. Kids loved the water and beach. Great local seafood right down the road!

Mark was very responsive if I had any questions. His place was just as described and was very easy to get to and check in to. It’s right next door to schooners so you could walk next door for food or drinks.

We had a wonderful time on our spring break trip with family and friends! Peaceful and directly on the beach. The heated pool was a perfect addition! Plenty of room and space!

We came here for a relaxing bachelorette party where we could do beach activities and visit some bars. It was perfect!

Amazing experience at this beach house! We just celebrated my wife's 60th birthday here, and I honestly couldn't have dreamed up a more perfect spot. You know how sometimes owners just say all the right things in their listing? Well, these folks actually deliver – and then some. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail was welcoming and helpful. Our little group of four fit so comfortably in the house the location is pure gold! We could walk everywhere – grabbed drinks at Paddy D's, enjoyed dinner at The Blue Parriot, and never once had to worry about who was driving. But the best part? The beach access was literally across the street, and here's the kicker – we were just far enough from the main public entrance that our stretch of beach felt wonderfully secluded. Every morning, it felt like our own private paradise. I've booked quite a few places through Airbnb over the years, but this one? Hands down, the best rental experience we've ever had.

What a wonderful place to create lifelong memories with family and friends! The home was very spacious and was furnished with almost everything you need for your stay! Our family throughly enjoyed our time!

We had a great time staying in Port St Joe. Great local restaurants and lovely local people and tourists alike. The beach was not crowded and a short walk away though off of a fairly busy road. A golf cart rental would make that journey a lot easier if traveling with young kids. We would definitely come back.

The room is very close to the beach gate, so it was an easy and quick walk to the beach. Tommy Bahama chairs are provided, and those were very comfortable. This is great if you are flying in. Jessica and Tyler are very thoughtful. In the bedroom, they have a plastic shoe organizer filled with anything you may have forgotten, like aloe vera, sun tanning lotion, sun glasses etc. They also provide flashlights for night time walks on the beach. They also keep a Brita water pitcher in the fridge. We loved this because we are water snobs. We were sketpical of the bed at first, but it slept just fine, and we didnt wake up with any aches or pains. Lots of pillow options! We loved the balcony and the view! Tall chairs so you can see over the rail. The guests above us were a bit heavy footed. I think they were thoughtless to the people below them. This isn't a reflection on JeTy. Just be aware if you sleep light. If they are considerate, you should be fine. Great stay!

Kelli’s place had everything our family of four was looking for. The place has wonderful beach and ocean views, it was clean, had a great layout, and most of all we felt safe and comfy. She has a lot of appliances so we were able to grab groceries and still eat at “home”. Our girls are older but there were baby gear items which was so sweet. The condo association here has some toy bins right at the beach access and people seem to just leave shovels, balls, and boogie boards and things when they are done with them. I’m pretty sure we’re booking this place again soon for next year just to make sure we have it again, and I’ve already told my sister this is the place to book if she visits the area! Overall, we felt like our host was thoughtful and took pride in her home; we were well taken care of.

Our stay here was Awesome! House was Great! It's all about what you're looking for... this quiet community we found to be very relaxing with enough going on to keep us busy. Weather was chilly at times, so the heated community pool was perfect for all of us. The golf cart provided is a great perk to easily get to the heated pool and all of the little shops and the pizza joint, which was good. We did not use the closest pool as it was a bit too chilly. Golf cart rides at sunset were a hit... the views are absolutely amazing. Spent a day on Cape San Blas... we went there too late in the week, should have spent more time here. The Bay side in the park all the way to the west end, offered a Carribean feel. Shallow crystal blue water and white sand. $6 for a carload to get in. Best Places to eat: Indian Pass (oysters and crab legs), Joe Mama's (woodfire pizza), White Marlin (pricey but very good.. great sunset on the deck), The Italian Kitchen. Would definitely return!

Our family of four loved our stay at Nirvana! The location was perfect - steps away from the water, beautiful walking and fishing spots! The toys and amenities were so fun - paddling, biking, corn-hole, hot tub and sauna! The home was well stocked. The views of the sunrise and moon rise were spectacular! We’d definitely come back!

Beautiful home on private beach. Our second time here. Highly recommend for a peaceful beach getaway

We were looking for a quiet place to enjoy widlife, sea, sun and beach with our 2 boys and we found Marcin's Sea La Vie House. That's was a perfect match. This house is very nice, well maintained, well equipped and well organized. I could spend all my time taking pictures of Dolphins and birds from the wonderful porch. We enjoyed being there and we will certainly be back.

We had an amazing stay at Christine’s place! The home was absolutely gorgeous and spotless when we arrived. We were able to check in a little earlier than check in time so that was a huge plus for us! This home is so close to everything and our kids loved it!

This was the perfect location for us. We had our wedding at Shell point Beach. The house was absolutely beautiful. We had guest from New York. The house had the perfect amount of space for everyone. The view from both decks was outstanding. At this time of the year we were able to see both the sunrise and the sunset.

This was a great vacation home for us. The location was peaceful and uncrowded, we had the beach to ourselves during the week. It was great having the kayaks and paddle boards and beach toys available, so much fun trying our hand at those and exploring a little piece of the gulf with them. We also liked going out to the oyster bar when the tide was low and checking out all the cool hermit crabs and shells. The house itself was great. Clean and laid out well for our family of 8. Also easy to communicate with Huw. Overall great stay. You won't be disappointed if you book here and are looking for a break from the busy life right on the beach.

Lori communicated extremely well. Check-in was a breeze. Just open the back door and walk the path right to the beach! House was clean and comfortable. I traveled with three of my sisters and our mother. Fresh local seafood was delicious! We will definitely be back! Thanks, Lori!
