Amy’s Local BNB is nestled among huge fir trees in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from downtown Sebastopol. This sunny contemporary gem focuses on our commitment to local and sustainably sourced food, wine, and crafts. With a full kitchen, you can enjoy the comforts of a meal cooked “at home” from the local farmer’s market, or walk to superb local eateries. We will share maps to our favorite swimming hole on the Russian River or to ocean beaches, or introduce you to excellent local vintners.

Indulge in Napa's finest restaurants, wine tasting, and nightlife from our beautifully restored and remodeled apartment in our Victorian home, just a 10-minute stroll from downtown. Our apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities you'd expect, (*No stove) creating a comfortable space for your stay. For the peace and relaxation of all guests, please note that we do not allow pets or children under 12. You can book with confidence knowing that we have a Use Permit from the City of Napa.

For 2+ nights stay, enjoy a complimentary glass of Napa Cab on arrival and take advantage of special arrangements at our partner wineries! Downtown Napa Gem - perfect for TWO!

Located downtown Napa, a short walk (three blocks) to dozens of shops, restaurants and wine tasting. The property was originally built in 1908 and has recently been remodeled. The rental offers two comfortable bedrooms, two relaxing patios, a living room and one full bath. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, but no kitchen. Easy parking in front of the rental. We are one of the 60 hosts with a legal Napa rental permit which allows us no more than two guests.
