Fantastic family house with lovely hot tub, terraced areas and just a short walk from beach and pubs. Great location for wider exploring. 5 of us staying and plenty of space with 3 bathrooms. Host was super helpful and friendly, particularly grateful for the cleanliness of house upon arrival and superb welcome pack!

We spent 5 days I Falmouth visiting our daughter and stayed at The Lookout. What an amazing place we felt very at home the house was very clean and beautifully presented. The hot tub was amazing and my husband and I and adult children loved it, we had lovely time spending time together as my daughter is at university in falmouth. As an added bonus to our trip our son turned 18 so was the perfect place to celebrate. Thank you Mike for being a welcoming and responsive host, would definitely recommend The Lookout as a perfect stay.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Kitty Cottage! Everything was spot on – the bed was incredibly comfy, the shower was powerful and hot, and having a washer/dryer was a real bonus. We curled up and watched a film one evening on the lovely big telly, then hopped into the hot tub under the stars – pure bliss! Wish we’d jumped in the moment we arrived. The cottage was spotless and beautifully done, and we couldn’t resist trying the local ice cream – delicious! Vicky was a brilliant host, super responsive and friendly throughout. We honestly didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at Deborah and Martin’s home was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly attentive and kind, making us feel completely welcome and at ease. We loved it. Plent of sitting space in the basement. Beautiful kit hen with plenty of gadgets. Bedrooms comfortable with added bonus of bath robes in double bedrooms. Ground floor pool table was popular with grandchildren.

This was the most incredible stay, we had the most brilliant time. The beach house was gorgeous and well equipped with anything you could possibly need and great quality! The staff were so attentive and thoughtful and the location was incredible. Cannot wait to come back!

We had the most relaxing and peaceful get away at this absolute gem of a find. Lindsey and Kaye are wonderful hosts and nothing was ever too much trouble, even going out of their way to print so thing off for us! The house is stunning and has everything you need and more. The little touches made our stay even more special, such a the glorious hamper with Easter gifts, home made goodies and the most incredible banana bread!! Each room was very spacious, clean and the beds and bedding were really comfy. The hot tub was huge and listening to the birds whilst watching the sunset is a core memory now locked in. The games room was another delight, especially meeting the resident cats and returning swallows to the barn. We had the most amazing time away and we felt very lucky to have shared this little piece of heaven. Thank you Lindsey and Kaye, we hope Dodger enjoys the little treats our dog Mac hid in the garden!

We can't recommend Lindsey and Kaye's place enough! Beautiful surroundings in peace and quiet, perfect for our dog to run around and enjoy the land. The hot tub was used every evening and was a real treat after a long day of walking, it was also tucked away and private which made it more relaxing and enjoyable (not all hot tubs in Airbnb's are!). The comfty bed, massive rain shower, stunning kitchen/lounge area were all incredible, but having the views, open space,, and all the little touches that Lindsey and Kaye have added are what make this stay special. Lindsey showed us around and was always on hand to chat and recommend things/give helpful advice, and Kaye was kind enough to show us how the pizza oven works and make sure we were okay! As I said, I can't recommend this place enough, especially if you have a dog (ours loved playing with their beautiful dog, Dodger). The pictures don't do it justice! Quick recommendations: Praa Sands, Porthcurno Beach & Minack Theatre - must see!

Extremely well equipped, welcoming, super clean, plenty of instructions and information about the house and area. Comfortable beds, tastefully decorated, super garden, plenty of parking, great hot tub, acres of storage, what wasn’t to like!

I had an amzing time, location was a.zing with great views and the accommodation was clean and comfy. Definitely would book again.

We had a lovely stay here for my birthday! We did a trip to Porthleven, Helston and St Ives which all were beautiful and worth a visit. The lodge was perfect, spacious and clean. The hot tub was definitely a bonus too😊 I highly recommend🤗 Thankyou for having us.

We spent two nights here and absolutely loved our stay; the surroundings were beautiful and the accommodation had everything we needed. Tristan and Laura were super helpful hosts, providing some great local recommendations and made us feel right at home. Would recommend highly!

Wonderful stay - fabulous and peaceful location but still very convenient for heading into Padstow. The accommodation was clean, well-appointed and very cosy! Joseph was very friendly and communications were thorough and clear - check-in was a breeze. The log burner was a welcome addition when there was a chill in the air - we didn't want to leave!

This was such a lovely holiday, that made us fall in love with Cornwall. It is situated between Perranporth and Newquay giving you access to different beaches with just a short drive. The park is clean and tidy and the home overlooks a valley with a beautiful sunset. The small touches like clean towels, coffee, sugar, milk and tea is amazing. Also not forgetting a little treat for the fur babies. For the wetter days there is a lovely selection of dvd's and a puzzle to keep the family entertained. Tina was an amazing host who responded to all our questions proactively. It was an amazing stay and can't wait to come again. Not forgetting the lovely jacuzzi to wind down in. Thank you Tina

Loved our stay here. It’s very peaceful and remote. The lodge was a good size and was cozy. The hot tub is a nice added touch. The surroundings are good if you’re taking dogs. The only issue I had is that I took two small dogs and they were able to get through the foliage that secures the balcony area. Overall was a lovely place to stay on our first trip to Cornwall and would stay again 😌
