A Place in the Sun

"A Place in the Sun" is an ideal spot for a couple or the solo St. John adventurer!. This studio apartment is located on the middle level of the main house, and just above a beautifully landscaped hillside and large pool deck. The property consists of an owners apartment on the upper level and on the middle level there are two beautifully renovated independent studio suites, "A Place in the Sun" and "Suite Papaya". They each have their own well-appointed kitchenette, dining and sitting area.

Suite Papaya is a beautifully renovated and well appointed studio apartment located on a shared outdoor estate overlooking Coral Bay area of St. John. Just a few minutes drive to either the town of Coral Bay (shopping/dining) or several beautiful national park beaches and trails and 10 minutes from St. John’s world renown North Shore beaches. The two units share the same level, each have a well-appointed kitchenette, dining and sitting area

Pitaya 1 is a new beautiful large 3 bedroom suite in Cruz Bay with a 10 minutes walk to downtown Cruz Bay. The living room has a dining table for 6. The kitchen has all you need for cooking. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the bathroom a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has either two twin or one king size bed as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower. Smart TVs in all rooms. In addition, an extra bed can accommodate a child up to 15 years of age if agreed with us upon booking.

Kitchen has sink, hot plate , pots &pans, toaster oven and coffee maker. Kitchen contains a full size refrigerator. Please feel free to join us for coffee in the mornings. Yoga and massage also available on the property. Overall the space is quiet, private and has a beautiful view.
