This Maltese sandstone house is more than 500 years old and dates back to the time of the Knights of St John. It was once the centrepiece of a palazzo. It is characterized by the majestic staircase with marble stairs that extend from the entrance door to the upper floors. Thanks to an internal courtyard with a skylight, the house is flooded with light. The interior was completely renovated during a 2 year conversion which took into account the Maltese characteristics & historical features.

It is newly refurbished and finished to high standards.

From the outside, my yellow seems to be an ordinary, yet colourful townhouse. Upon entering you are greeted with a fantastic hallway leading to a newly furnished, stylish accommodation. Follow the hallway to the back hangout area and play some pool, cook some grub or sit and chill with a beer whilst watching sports on our huge TV with all the channels you desire. Our rooftop/terrace has an amazing jacuzzi, lounge chairs and plenty of seating where one can sit and look out to the sea.

All the photos of views are taken from the property in different events. Attard is literally in the centre of Malta making it the ideal location to explore all Malta. Our townhouse is located in charming Attard which is very easily accessible from the airport. Valletta, Mdina, Rabat and Mosta are all one bus ride away. Bus stops, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and cafès are all located within short walking distance. Also the beautiful San Anton Botanical Gardens which form part of the Grandmaster's Presidential Palace are an 8 minute walk away.

The house is located at the bottom end of Old Bakery Street and close to the main road circling Valletta. St Nickolas Street runs from one side of Valletta to the other. No 90 is close to the beach, 2 minutes . Valletta the Capital of Malta is a very busy city with workers and tourists visiting so could be noisy with traffic
