Beautiful Scenic Riverfront Home

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.

Raquette River Hideaway

Cozy, private lower level of a warm, inviting space filled with all the comforts of home with gorgeous views of the river. You can use the sauna, kayaks, private back porch and fire pit. Because it's the lower level and built into a hillside, the summer indoor temp is calming and cooling ~ coffee, tea, small refrigerator , microwave, blender, toaster oven, grill , plus everything necessary for preparing light meals and snacks.
