The Seaside Charm House was delightful. Set in a quiet, leafy street of Balnarring, it is great for walks and proximate to cafes, restaurants, Balnarring Beach (a short drive) and on to beautiful Flinders and Shoreham. What a GEM of a place amongst the most beautiful trees. Every morning, I couldn't wait to go outside to sit amongst the trees and meditate to the wonderful bird sounds. The NATURAL LIGHT in this home is something else to behold. It was bathed in it! We, our teens and darling little dog felt very welcome in this home that was decorated with respect to the mid-century era it's been built in with a few modern and eclectic twists to make it not look and feel dated. We enjoyed inviting friends over to entertain in the garden with the bbq and lovely wooden garden setting. As it's only about a 5-min walk to the beach, my keen fisherman husband and son thought they were in heaven as they could peruse the nearby pier at the Blairgowrie Yacht Squandron every morning and evening. We felt very welcome and are looking forward upon our return!

A very pleasant stay. Great property with options to eat inside, in the backyard or on the verandah. Amenities were outstanding with fully equipped kitchen, great shower, comfortable beds and cosy loungeroom with big screen TV with Netflix. Also a number of heating options available. Quet location only 5 minutes drive to central Cowes. Owner was also very helpful and responsive. Well worth the stay

Jo was a lovely host who did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable, including leaving a complimentary brownie-making kit for my son’s birthday. Excellent prompt communication at all times. The house was very pet friendly - including dog bowls, treats, beds, blankets etc! A lovely grassed and secure backyard for dogs to run around in and kids to play. The house was clean with soft, comfortable beds and all things you could possibly need are provided. The lounge room is full of gorgeous indoor plants and is beautiful peaceful place to sit and relax, as is the outside deck. Our family had a lovely stay at Jo’s place and can happily recommend this property to others.

Absolutely lovely, very spacious and well appointed family home shared with us. Nice quiet surrounds with great outdoor areas. Being pet friendly was a great advantage. Everything was there, didn’t need for anything. Fully stocked pantry, toiletries and fridge essentials. Games and books in abundance. Entire property very clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Exceptional host. Will need to include the whole family for our next stay.

Property was great, nice and private with sounds of the ocean and wildlife. The bungalow with kitchenette near the pool was a great addition for our group . Great entertaining kitchen that is well stocked with lots of pots , pans ,serving platters ect. Lots of space inside and out of the house for everyone to relax . We had a great time there.

Saltwater Villa exceeded our expectations in so many areas. It has lots of living spaces, good sized bedrooms and nice bathrooms. The house is a classic example of art deco architecture and is furnished sympathetically with lovely inclusions. We were a group of 7 and everyone loved the house. Tamara is very responsive. I am hoping we will return one day.

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

this was a fantastic moment for me and my family. My kids loved the warm spa and super relaxing When I was booking this place for my holiday the communication was great! Respond back in time and kept in touch and also explained everything welll👍 Another thing that I loved about this place it was pet friendly and my husband loved it ! His extremely attached and treats his pets like family over all this place is a 5 star to me and will recommend to my friend and family thank you for the great experience will be back

We had the most amazing weekend away at this beautiful home! It was just as gorgeous as the photos, every room was stylish, clean, and felt like home. The location was an absolute dream, making it the perfect getaway. The hosts were fantastic, responsive, helpful, and made the whole booking process seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape!

We had a lovely time at Chris’s place. It was clean and tidy, easy to get to and perfectly located, short drive to Bellerine Peninsula and Torquay. Would definitely choose to stay here again. The yard was a happy zone for my little pup as well. He had a lovely stay too.

Fantastic warm welcoming but still quiet. Great drive way access for a small boat or tinnie. Our dogs were welcome and so were we. Thank you for our great weekend getaway. We hope you will have us back. Kindest regards Pat

Spacious home with excellent amenities, very comfortable space to relax in. Great location, 10 minute walk to the beach with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Loved our stay and would be happy to return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in this airbnb in Rosebud over the Easter break. The outdoor area was a stand out and the property was very quick to reply and easy to communicate with!

We loved our stay at Vlinders! The house was absolutely perfect for our family getaway - beautiful open plan kitchen/living with open fireplace and all the supplies we needed, and a wonderful location within east walking distance to a great playground and all the local cafes and shops. Very kid friendly. We would love to come back again soon!

Had a wonderful stay, lovely walk to a beautiful beach. The view over the golf course was so peaceful. A lovely neighbourhood, with friendly people. We all had a blast and loved the space and was a great for our dogs and great to have a doggy door that went into the garage. Would recommend this place for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.
