Pool professionally maintained year round but NOT heated. Well mannered dogs allowed. No other pets at this time. Two pack-n-plays, two strollers, highchair, & other baby items on site. The Beach House is on a unique sliver of Hutchinson Island -- it is located only a block and 1/2 to the tiki on the private beach, and is just a short walk to the intracoastal too. The house has a private, heated saltwater pool and jetted spa in the enclosed backyard surrounded by tropical foliage. The neighborhood has a gated private beach across A1A (very few people), with walking or parking as well.
