My children and I loved this home! It was so cozy and quiet. Even though it was in a townhouse, the neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. My kids didnt want to leave. If we ever visit tampa again I will definitely stay here if its available. Lori was so sweet and answered any questions I had promptly.

Great little gem in the heart of the newly created Midtown Tampa area. The property is in a small community of townhomes, gated overnight. It is between 2 major roads and walking distance from multiple bars / restaurants. Very close to multiple grocery superstores as well as Whole Foods and Trader Joe's! Very close to International mall, International Airport, South Tampa and Channel side nights out. Large bedrooms, bright living room, equipped kitchen. Host, Luz is very friendly and accommodating. She is very quick to respond to app messages. Our family felt at home as soon as we walked in.

Our family flew in to spend Easter with my UT son. Although we probably could have booked something closer to campus, we don't regret spending our time at Nima's place. It wasn't in the hustle and bustle of Tampa, which is just fine by us. His place was very clean, private and easy to find. The unit contained everything you'd need too- just when I thought, I wish I brought my hair dryer, I would open a cupboard and find one! My husband and daughter enjoyed the Mexican restaurant/ market across the street and brought back some delicious items. We met the managers of the units (I think that is what they called themselves) and they lent us beach towels, a chair and umbrella when we mentioned we were going to the beach. We highly recommend Nima's spot- You won't be disappointed ! great people and a great price! We will be back for sure :)

Wonderful Stay in Tampa! I recently had the pleasure of staying in Ryan’s fantastic 4-level home in Tampa, and I can't say enough good things about it! The neighborhood was vibrant and welcoming, with plenty of nearby parks and local shops to explore. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a clean and spacious home that exceeded our expectations. Each level offered ample room for relaxation and socializing, making it perfect for our group. The decor was modern and inviting, and the amenities provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Tampa. I can't wait to return!

No need to continue looking. This is the best place to stay on the island. Love the location for walking to restaraunts / shops. Fishing from docks a walk away. Enjoyed playing pickle ball and roof top R&R. If you get a chance, grab some freshly filleted Grouper or Mahi back by the bay at Frenchy's Seafood Market to cook up. Kayak rentals nearby.

Our stay here was amazing. Great space, great location, great amenities. At first we weren’t sure about walking to the beach with kids, but it was very easy. The beach wagon was perfect and the kids loved the beach toys. The bikes were an added bonus to explore the neighborhood. We were able to see a stingray and dolphins right off of the patio. The pool and hot tub are a 2 minute walk and perfect size. We hope to be back soon!

Wow! The condo was so clean and had everything you need for the week. The view is breathtaking and we loved drinking coffee on the balcony every morning. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our group, we all had our own space. Conveniently located to many place and walking distance to restaurants and ice cream at The Candy Kitchen. The communication was excellent before our stay and Kim checked in on us while we were there. This location, view and beach are worth it and such a good value! We would go back in a heartbeat! We had a great Spring Break!

We stayed at Brannen's place while attending a conference in Tampa. The space is beautiful with plenty of room. The location is excellent - a ten minute walk to restaurants and shops and a 7 minute drive to the Tampa Riverwalk and hotels. Check in was super easy. It is quiet and private, with a parking spot if you need one. A food store is half a block away. The towels and linens were fresh and clean, and there were plenty of them. I would definitely recommend this place, and I will stay there again if I come back to Tampa!

I really enjoyed my stay. The place was clean and organized as well as open and airy. Had lots of amenities and was as advertised on Airbnb. My host was VERY responsive to questions/messages. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Townhouse. It is comfortable and colorful. Was just like the photos. We felt right at home. Randi was great with communication throughout our stay. The location is quiet and safe. It is very close to a number of restaurants and shops. Great location to get to anywhere in Tampa in a short distance. Randi pays particular attention to detail which is reflected in the cleanliness of the space. Also, in the fact that it has well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. The beds are comfy. Our favorite feature of the property was to be able to sit out on the patio in the evenings. It overlooks a little lake and it is so peaceful. I particularly loved the well stocked coffee/ tea bar! We came to Tampa to visit our daughter who lives five minutes away. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area!

We had a pleasant stay at the Casa. it was just what we were looking for and felt very at home. It did not bother us but it may bother others so fyi... they are building townhouses a few doors down and the interstate is right behind the home. Not that we didnt hear the noises but they weren't too loud and didn't bother us at all.

This place is exactly as described, very clean, comfortable for the family. You have all you need in the house, kitchen tools, bathroom items, beach toys, books for kids etc. The beach is just 15 min from the house, the community is very quiet and no troubles at all.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben, hätte aber auch etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail vertragen können. Zum Beispiel wären 2 Stühle und ein Tisch, oder ein Wäscheständer auf der Terrasse schön. Der Wasserdruck in einem der Badezimmer war bei unserem Aufenthaltleider etwas schwach. Nichts desto trotz hat uns das Haus aber vor allem auch die Anlage mit dem Pool sehr gut gefallen.

Sebastian's place was perfect for our needs for a long weekend stay. Very clean, quiet surroundings, well-located, and very easy in-and-out instructions. Would most certainly stay here again if the need arises. Thank you Sebastian!

Slept our group of 9 (two families) perfectly. Property was exactly as described. Kitchen well equipped. Completely adequate beach gear for a day on the beach. So much within a short walk. There was some road noise from Gulf Blvd during the day. This is really my only criticism of the location. Overall, we had a great experience and Gerise was very accommodating and responsive.

We loved our stay at this beautiful, new, modern house on a quiet street, right next to the walking path and so close to Dunedin's main street. My mom described it best, "stunning.... fabulous... can you believe how nice this is?" Lisa was friendly and responsive. She was also very thoughtful with nice little welcome items. The house was immaculately clean, beds were very comfortable, the three outdoor spaces were beautiful, great kitchen. If I could rate this higher than a five star experience I would. We would live to stay again and again. Thank you, Lisa!

Great spot, especially if traveling solo. Had all necessary amenities, a designated parking spot, and I did not run into issues during my stay. The host was very responsive and provided precise details to make the check in and check out process clear.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gefallen und die Immobilie ist sehr gepflegt. Auf ein zwei kleine Probleme hat uns Lina rasch geantwortet und geholfen. Etwas schade ist, dass es keinen Esstisch hat und einfach 3 Sitzplätze an der Küchenbar. Dies ist für mehr als 3 Gäste nicht so praktisch. Wir konnten uns beim Essen jedoch arrangieren.

Janet’s place was clean and quiet. the location was nice too. We enjoyed walking in the park next to the condo and biking at Flatwoods Park. Grocery store and restaurants were nearby which was super convenient. The garage is made for small cars. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time at this property! The location was perfect - beautiful views, quiet, and a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The home was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, including a slow cooker to make some chili for dinner one night! There were a variety of games that kept us entertained on the one rainy day. The three bedrooms each have an attached bathroom, which was ideal for guests. The garage has an exercise area, lots of beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, towels, coolers, etc.) and bikes. The shared pool is a nice size and has plenty of chaise lounges and chairs. Our favorite was the roof top deck with the hot tub and grill. Again, there is plenty of seating and lovely views from up there. Misty and her team responded within minutes to all of our questions, before we arrived and while we were there. We would highly recommend this property for your stay in Clearwater Beach!

There for NCAA women’s final. Could catch trolley to and from event. YBor was quaint and accessible. Farmers market on Saturday was easy walk. Nice to be out of the middle of downtown Tampa, but easy to access.

This is the definition of a hidden gem! We’ve always used Airbnbs as we travelled around the globe and this was the definition of a hidden gem! Spacious beyond belief and very clean. High recommend.
