While St. John is our favorite place in the world, I can’t say enough about our experience at Eureka Villa — it was absolutely perfect for our two-couple group. Great location not far from Cruz Bay (and as a bonus: super close to Windmill Bar!). Was so appreciative of Elise being proactive upon our arrival to the island and personally escorting our Jeep to the location, showing us around the villa, and was more than willing to share her knowledge of the island. The panoramic view was indescribable. Loved having the cross-breeze from large glass/screen doors in the central space, while still having access to bedroom air conditioning for comfortable sleeping at night. Clean, organized, modern updates, STOCKED with home and beach supplies which saved lots of packing space for us — beach chairs, coolers, towels, snorkel gear, even had spare reef-safe sunscreen. Elise & John were immediately responsive to any questions and fantastic to work with. Already counting the days until our return.

From start to finish we had a wonderful time at this home. Book VI provided a link to share with our group with the list of helpful pointers and recommendations from restaurants, beaches to shopping. The place was beautiful and well appointed and had comfortable beds too. We enjoyed using the beach chairs, snorkeling gear and the SUP while there. They had coolers too which came in handy for our beach outings. This place was about 15 min or so from Cruz Bay and grocery stores were nearby too. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay near Cruz Bay and enjoy seeing the stars, stay here. I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing Airbnb with beautiful sunset views! The villa had all of the amenities my family and I needed for a week stay. Host was very responsive and friendly. Would recommend this place to everyone!

This house added to our vacation experience on St. Thomas. The pool and deck were overlooking AMAZING views, the house was roomy, comfortable, and well apportioned. It had character and charm and all of the comforts of home. The kitchen was easy to cook in. Great for families- in a quiet area behind a gate and located close enough to groceries and restaurants. We would book this again!

We stayed at Pelican Point Villa for 5 nights with 6 adults and 2 infants. The house was very clean, well furnished and the views were fantastic. The Villa was located in a quiet and private gated community. It was nice that every room had a great view and its own shower. The host was responsive and checked in on us during our stay to ensure we did not need anything. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing home with beautiful views.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Bert, the host, was incredibly responsive from the moment I inquired about the property until I landed back home. Super nice guy! The location was quiet and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend renting a car so you can explore all the beautiful beaches in St. Thomas and St. John. While the unit doesn’t have a washer/dryer inside, there is a laundromat within walking distance on the resort grounds—just remember to bring quarters! I also appreciated that beach chairs were provided, which made our beach days even better. It was great and everything we expected and more!

Gigi is an amazing host! She helped us navigate Water Island and St. Thomas through her helpful recommendations. She greeted us at the Water Island Ferry dock and helped us get settled in. She was there whenever we needed anything. Gigi’s home is in a beautiful location and is well equipped with whatever you need. She has lots of beach essentials and floats for the pool. The space is attached to Gigi’s primary residence, however, we’d never know anyone was there. It was super quiet with really thick walls. Getting to/from Water Island is a breeze! It’s 10 minutes on a ferry that’s always on time. We loved seeing tortoises, hermit crabs and Gigi’s sweet ldog Coco at the house. At the beach, we loved seeing the sea turtles in the calm water! We also did a sailing trip to swim with sea turtles. The Gigi-recommended captain was AMAZING. He let our daughter drive the boat as an early birthday present. She’s been telling everyone about it! Highly recommend! Can’t thank Gigi enough!

We really enjoyed our stay! The view of the island was amazing. I think it was the the best view we have ever had at an Air BNB. Delano and Beige were very helpful. We enjoyed chatting with Gene while he cleaned the pool everyday. The pool was a nice place to relax after a long day sight seeing. Our room had everything we needed and more, including beach and snorkeling gear. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit St. Thomas!

Very well maintained house and pool. Appliances seemed new and well maintained. One air conditioner needed work, but a very nice repairman came and fixed it right after we arrived without us needing to request service.Beautiful view. Good value. Decent bed comfort for those of us who dislike hard beds. The only real drawback is the poor, unpaved driveway that lacked road signage, took some wrong turns to find even with Google maps, and required an all-wheel drive vehicle. We traded in our Jeep for a smaller compact SUV with better visibility because the space to turn the vehicle around is so tight.

CJ and Martina's place is incredible! It's clean and well-stocked with a gorgeous view. Our entire family stayed for our 20th anniversary and for our parents' 50th anniversary. CJ and Martina were so helpful and put so much thought into the house. Staying there made the trip so pleasant and stress-free -- comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, mosquito oil lamps, beach towels and chairs, AC units in the bedrooms, Tesla power generator, the washer and dryer... I could keep going. Not every home on the island has as much thought and care as this one, and certainly not every host is as responsive and exceptional as CJ and Martina. They went above-and-beyond. I have no complaints.

We had a wonderful stay at Meritage house! The layout was spacious with beautiful views - better than the photos in all regards. A perfect house for a multigenerational trip - we had grandparents, parents, and teens (6 people). Location was very convenient. We had a few minor issues that arose and Linda and Abby coordinated quickly to address them. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Tristen was a fantastic host—responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel completely at home. Her property manager was also incredibly helpful and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. The views from the property are unmatched—panoramic sights of the Virgin Islands that left us speechless every single day. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our group of 9 had more than enough space. Each bedroom offered plenty of privacy, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the pool! It truly felt like our own private paradise. We would gladly stay here again the next time we’re in St. Thomas. Highly recommend!

Great houses with pool. Super easy to communicate with. Met us at the dock, drove us to the house, showed us around, answered every question and more. House is great value. Parks 2 cars, ac in every room that will get them colder than you could ever want. Great water pressure in showers, soft comfortable beds and linens, tons of towels, beach chairs snorkels floaties. Amazing view. Like perfect view of crux bay, the ocean, st Thomas island, just stunning. Checkout was very easy. Take trash, turn off ac units. Could not recommend more highly. No negatives.

What a great week we had in St Thomas! We were pleasantly welcomed by Camille with communication ahead of time and throughout our trip top notch. Having someone meet us and take us to the villa was very helpful on arrival since we had never been before. Peter communicated and checked in throughout our stay. The villa was gorgeous. Well taken care of and clean. The view was unbelievable, it was exactly what we were looking for. We loved the location, even though it wasn't in the hustle and bustle of it all.

The host has been the absolute best , this location is gorgeous, and my experience while being in this home is unmatched. THIS is the only place that I can stay from now on when I travel to St. Thomas.. Thank you for an experience that will last a lifetime!

I cannot say enough about the location!! Less than a 3 minute walk to the beach, wonderful restaurants on the water, and easy access to taxi services. We came in April at a perfect time with so many fun activities offered at the restaurant right near the air BNB! Definitely would recommend for both young adults and families alike! Thank you David for the wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at Villa Amerigo. It is located on a hillside overlooking the town and bay. The property is well maintained and the views are amazing. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the sunset every night. The place has everything you need. Even had coolers and beach chairs we could use when we went to the beach. I particularly liked the location. It was not right in town but yet close enough that you could walk to all the stores, restaurants, and bars in town if you wanted. I have to warn you though that pocket money lane is a steep hill and is a bit of a workout walking back up the hill. Also, there is a very short stretch that you have to walk on the side of Rte10. We didn't mind but wouldn't recommend doing with kids. We walked down town a couple times and one morning even walked to Salomon and Honeymoon beach from the Villa. Great place, great host, would definitely stay there again.

It has absolutely stunning views and it was very peaceful When they recommend an SUV or bigger, pay attention. We had a smaller SUV and with 4 adults in the car there were moments we weren’t sure if the car could handle the drive. Glad we didn’t opt for a smaller car.

Water island hideaway was an amazing location. It was a bit challenging to get to as you do require a cart rental if you have any luggage due to the hills. However the people on the island go above and beyond making the experience worth the hike. The wildlife there was outstanding to experience from the protected red footed tortoise visit to the daily lizard and hermit crab races it was always something just outside worth seeing. We truly enjoyed lounging on the deck under the pergola just listening to the waves and birds, quite relaxing! Jan went beyond and above as a host advising of the local needs and providing many necessities that are hard to get locally. We enjoyed both restaurants on the island tremendously. Heidi’s fish tacos and Dinghy’s poke bowl cannot be missed! Everyone on the island are just wonderful people.

Star villa was a great find in an amazing location (5-10 min walk into town) on St. John. Bob and Marlene were out of town during our stay but Mike took amazing care of us the whole week. The AC in the bedrooms was amazing after long days at the beach. The pool is large, clean and perfect for cooling off after hot days. The view from the villa porch was amazing. I definitely recommend renting a jeep or some other 4 wheel drive car to terrain the steep hills and rough roads on the island. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a well rounded place to stay in beautiful St. John and the amazing hosts (and Mike) were the icing on the cake!

Joyce and her daughter Lisa were incredible hosts, responsive and caring, staying with us on whats ap as we navigated the narrow winding streets of the old part of Charlotte Amalie to get to them and proving excellent directions. Couldn't ask for more caring hosts. Be aware Charlotte Amelie is hilly. I was recovering from an injured ankle so I could not take advantage of walking down hill and tgen back up to the waterfront ( a little more than a mile away). I appreciated living in a real neighborhood, not a tourist location.
