Pros: 1. William was a great host. Well responsive on the Airbnb app. The unit has everything mentioned in the listing. 2. Reserved parking is hardly 20 second walk to the unit. So, that works in the favor in all kind of weathers. 3. Patio/balcony has furniture. Su, very useful if you want to hang outside. 4. Smart TV gives options for entertainment. No cons honestly.

It was a very clean and well laid out 1st floor apartment for our family. Very secure and we appreciated the technology. Well appointed kitchen has everything we needed.

The condo is in the perfect location. It’s only one block from the Metro, which takes you to Washington. It’s close to a great coffee shop (St. Elmo’s), a few blocks from Trader Joe's, and across the street from two restaurants. It’s half a mile to King Street, and from King Street, you can take the free shuttle or walk to the waterfront. Louis is easy to work with, immediately answers any questions, and checks to ensure you get in OK. It is his apartment, and his dog lives there, but it was meticulous. My only recommendation would be to add a welcome book explaining how to get to the rooftop deck (which is beautiful), the location of the garbage chute (I never found it), and favorite places in Alexandria.

I had a wonderful time staying at Ismael's place. The area was perfect for a trip to DC. The area the unit is in felt very safe. There were so many restaurants with a great variety of options. It's also a very walkable area. Ismael was a great host. The unit was very clean. There were many available amenities. Cooking was a breeze, especially with the grocery store being just downstairs. Ismael provided clear and easy to follow instructions. Checking in and out was a quick and easy process. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend!

Great location if you are here visiting D.C. or the local Alexandria area. Literally 3 minute walk to metro station and 30 min ride to D.C. Very, very convenient!! Place was quiet, and had all the amenities you could ask for. Gym on grounds was an added bonus. Pool as well. You will love the couch…the moment I sat down was a “hell ya” moment after a long day. Highly recommend and would stay again if there is a need in the future. $10 a day parking but is worth it to not worry about driving to D.C.

Physical space was exactly as it appeared in the photos. It's a 10-15 minute easy walk to the Huntington Metro. Insider tip: make sure to exit the Metro on King Street. The secondary bathroom had 2 connecting doors -- one opened to the hall and the other to the secondary bedroom. Close the secondary bathroom door leading to the hall, and you essentially have an en suite. Wesley was very accessible when we had issues and questions. We would happily stay there again.

Would definitely stay here again! There is a 24/7 concierge and hot chocolate bar (seasonal) upon walk in to the lobby. The decor and ambiance are elegant, and the room matched the theme. The suite was massive, well furnished, and better than advertised. It was comfortable and clean. It’s also very conveniently located next to the King St metro stop. I had an exceptional experience at this location, and highly recommend this host.

Super convenient metro location across the street with a direct line to downtown DC. Safe neighborhood. Nice, easy walk thru Old Town to the Potomac. Exceptionally clean suite. Great communication from owner. Will stay here again.

Steffin is a wonderful host and his apartment inexactly as in the photos. It is very comfortable and Steffin also works hard to make his guest feel comfortable. He took me on a tour of the apartment building's facilities and had been very helpful.

Lucas was great.! Had a few hiccups because of the holiday season and Lucas went above and beyond to help solve the issue!

Excellent, comfortable, and fully enjoyable stay at Jonathan and Tati’s. The hosts went above and beyond to be accommodating, especially when I needed help with storing items after check-out— an uncommon extra level of kindness and attentiveness! Their place was super spacious, quiet, clean, well-kept and in a safe and nice neighborhood- nice for a short peaceful stroll outside. Bed was very comfortable with good quality mattress and linens. A lovely plus was sitting outside to enjoy their delightful yard and garden. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Angelica’s place was comfortable, quiet, and it more than met our needs for the week. The place was clean and stocked with necessities. No frills, but we were there to explore Old Town and downtown DC, not spend our time in an Airbnb. The best part, for us, was being dog friendly. I will say that the house itself sits on a very busy street with no fenced in yard. Leashes are a must, but the neighborhood is incredibly dog friendly. We often took the metro to DC and we were able to walk to both metro stations from the property to avoid parking. That was a bonus! The only curve ball was not knowing the property was a duplex, but going back and looking at the pictures, I should have known. That was on me. All of that to say, the property was well kept, clean, and offered all we needed for a week away from home. Both hosts were also very responsive and answered all questions promptly. No complaints.

I would definitely stay here again in the warmer months. The house was beautiful and the views were unmatched. We were a party of 10 and there was still so much more space and empty rooms. We went for a morning hike and played volleyball, walked to the lake, etc. This was extremely responsive! He is a great host

Very comfortable home with lots of privacy and a nice living room area. The hosts are very accomodating and willing to help with any questions or needs you may have.

This home was perfect for our group of 11 people! There were plenty of bedrooms and beds and sofa beds for our krewe. The kitchen was well stocked and there were extra sheets and towels, which came in very handy. The neighborhood was very safe and convenient to the airport and to downtown DC. Tahmeed also reached out regularly to make sure that we were taken care of, which we really appreciated. Great place! Highly recommend!

Great place! Safe, easy to find and everything inside was clean and worked as needed. Perfect place for a family. We have 2 kiddos under 4 and lots of room. Easy drive to DC. No noise, super safe area.

What a beautiful house for our family get together! Great place for adults and children. The adults enjoyed the spa amenities while the kiddos loved the ping pong table, games! And firepit. Quick walk to docks in the neighborhood and the kids enjoyed some fishing! Lindsay and Craig were wonderful- super responsive and attentive! Would strongly recommend this place!

Friendly and clear instructions. Clean and roomy home. Basement game rooms were a hit with our 20 somethings. Recommend!
