Based centrally in the historical market town of Leek, the apartment is located close to popular attractions like Alton Towers, Peak Wildlife Park and the glorious Peak District. Spacious modern studio apartment on quiet residential road. Great location to explore the surrounding area with plenty of country walks on the doorstep and easy walking distance to the village shops and transport. Stylish bathroom and kitchen. Super kingsize bed. 4k Android 43" TV and soundbar. Free Wifi. Electric wood effect stove and electric radiator. Off road parking. Apartment is adjoining our property so we are on hand if needed but is separate from our house so noise isn't an issue.

Our little guest house is perfect for a couple wishing to explore the local area. 5 minutes from Solihull, 10 minutes from the NEC and airport 15 minutes to Birmingham City Centre 20 minutes to Warwickshire 50 minutes to the Cotswolds There is a private entrance via a shared garden, a small kitchen and living room. A cosy bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom. There is also a sofa-bed suitable for little ones in the living room. Guests can use the courtyard to the side of the apartment.
